If I want to change flavors do I have to clean out the atty or use a different atty? If not how long will it take to get the other flavor out of the atty? Will it hurt anything to switch flavors without cleaning the atty first?

I dont clean mine at all - I just blow them out when I switch flavors. I'm convinced 510 attys dont like being mucked about with too much lol.
I do have seperate attys for fruit flavors though, and a seperate one for mint/menthol/cinamons cos they just LINGER, and an atty for 'all other flavors' that don't come under the first two.

OK that helps I will just use the extra atty that came with my 510 for menthol then. Thanks again.
Also I'm still trying to get someone to answer me as to how often I can hit the 510 with out burning out the atty. I don't want to do anything that is going to shorten the life of my attys. I can't afford to be buying them left and right. Is it OK to hit it like every 5 seconds or is that to often...more like 10 seconds...that sort of thing.
2 puffs then let it cool down for about a minute. That has worked well for me. I don't clean my attys either, too much work. Blowing them out helps speed up the flavor change.
OK that must also be why I am not getting much vapor. I am trying to smoke it like a cigarette. Take a drag then another then another followed by another. lol This is all starting to make sense now. Thank you so much guys.
I never really followed any rules as to how long I took between puffs but then again I never puffed every 10 seconds. I would say on average I could puff sometimes every 30 seconds but I actually never sat and thought about it.
