Beside seat or in pocket.

Doesn't print in cargo shorts, so Concealed Carry is an option even in the summer.

As temp in cars in the sun can reach 100C/212F under the worse scenarios (75C/167F under "normal"), which is a bad temp for batteries, I will go against all those that say to leave it in car, I still say that leaving it is a bad thing.

The "using a small cooler things"... at these temp. unless it's a powered one with external vents for heat exchange, those things would only "work" for a couple of minutes more... plus between having to drag icepacks, etc. that would be involved...and wouldn't work for much time unless you get a very well insulated one..

I stick to the get something to carry it with you advise.

Switch from pocket-less shorts to jean shorts, or other that have pockets... if you have a wife/girlfriend, have her put it in her purse (upright to prevent leakage if possible).
It's annoying to have anything in the pockets of my basketball shorts because every time I walk they go swinging. My wife currently doesn't carry a purse but I've been trying to talk her into getting one for this exact purpose.

This is freaking brilliant.
Except I'd have to remember which side was my vape and which side was my actual firearm. Mixing the two up would end badly either way!

I live in my work truck (put between 80 and 100,000 miles a year on it). I use this:

when it's hot, I either leave my truck running with A.C. on, park in the shade with Windows completely down, or throw it in my lunch box. pretty sure they make ones for box mods too.

a small cooler with an ice pack should serve you well on day trips.

I don't know if I got lucky or what, but my ten dollar walmart cooler keeps my food cold all day...mods too. lol

LOL. I don't like having to keep up with a purse either.
What you need is a murse (man purse) aka tool bag from harbor freight :D

This is how you make the cup holder work a little better. I bought a cheap plastic cup that's a snug fit and put velcro on the bottom. Stuff enough other useful crap in there and it fits like a glove, and won't tip over.

I also have a Ram pickup with a console. In the front section just below the a/c controls is a little junk tray. I put a folded shop towel in there and lay the mod on it's side, tip slightly up, with the tank air hole also facing up. Never leaks. I leave it in there for an hour or two when I'm out running errands, otherwise it's in my pocket.

frozen water bottles. close enough. lol
If you believe that I would want to have to deal with bringing ice packs, frozen bottles, etc. back and forth just to be able to leave my mod in a car, you sir, are seriously deluded...

I might be committed to this hobby we call vaping, but that's above and beyond my level of dedication...

when it's real hot or cold i leave my provari at home and just use a ciga like while i am out running errands. Don't want to risk condensation or battery getting messed up or worse venting. Works well for me ...yes i hate the ciga likes but it does the job until i can get home. If i do take it with me i do what others do and put a cloth down in the cup holder to keep it upright and snug seems to work well for me.

lol. it works for me cause I always have a cooler with me. at least for work. for out and about without my cooler, I just make sure my setup is small enough to put in my shirt pocket. lol. if I'm gone long enough to need a battery, well...I'll have a cooler. lol
