I gotta stop tasting new juices first thing in the morning. It's me... My brain isn't awake enough to taste right. And on top of that my vaping taste has suddenly changed. Some flavors that I really liked just 2/3 months ago are now not so much. Not that I was blaming the companies anyway. I knew it was me. But anyway... Black and blue from HHV is is a very well done yummy flavor. Just not an all day vape for me.

But WOOOOOOOWIE! Fire and Ice from JV... OMG if you want a flavor that fills your mouth. It tastes like big Red gum with a cooling effect and make you salivate. ALOT. no need for tons of water to keep my mouth moist. This juice is the BOMB. And the french toast too. :) YUMMMY

Lol, glad it turned out ok for ya. One thing you'll learn is to give a juice a little time to get to know it before you decide on it. Taste buds act pretty weird for several weeks after quiting smoking and yes, steeping can make a big difference. I didn't think it was a pg issue from your other thread because pg doesn't really have a taste, just a very very slight sweetness. Same with vg but vg is a tad sweeter.

The thing is... well I have been vaping over a year now. Some of these flavors I knew and loved. Now I did switch to pg... so a slightly different feel to the vapor and slightly different flavor as well. But the taste is mostly the same. Good thin I am surrounded my vapors right now. I have been very successful at converting people. :) And even my mom wants to vape now and she only ever had tobacco in ceremonial pipes. So she doesn't smoke. But she would like a low nic and some no nic juice. Low for the calming effect that nic has. She is going to LOVE it. :)

But yeah... Some of these juices I have ordered more then once, and just don't like them anymore. But that is easy to deal with. I have some new faves today. So all it GOOD! :D

I just passed the six month mark and I am finding my taste buds are still adjusting. Not just to vapor, but also to foods. Also, I find that different hardware or voltages produce a different taste on the juice. Some of my juices are better with my twist set at 3.6, some I need to crank up to 4.2 volts. I know the VG/PG ratio is important in this too. More VG, more volts for me. I think it is just a testament to the fact we are still tasting and judging what we vape, and it is great that our tastes evolve.

As to the first thing in the morning, I always start my day with Gandalf, which goes GREAT with coffee IMHO.

Same story. I tried Ecto Plasma and I saw Jesus' face in the bottle. Now that's good juice. Started DIY and tried to come close to the flavor, asked people for input. Not even close. Had to have it so ordered it again, tastes like floor wax. I can't stand it. Pluid is another story. It is so amazing, complex and flavorful that I've sold my soul for it. :)

Whoops! Sorry that I assumed you were a new vaper! When I posted I thought I was browsing the new member forum. I use tapatalk so it's easy to jump between forums and threads so it's easy to get lost. The bad part about tapatalk is it doesn't show peoples join dates or signatures. That's cool that you've been successful at converting people! I've yet to do that, but I've gotten smokers curious about them.

Yup yup...:) I think it's an ever evolving thing.

Side note... must get Gandalf. If not for the fact that quite a few people are raving about it but it has a super cool name. Huge Tolkien/ LOTR/ Hobbit fan here... yup I named my dog Frodo.
