OKC Meet and Vape fest #2

This first one went so well, I think we should definately have another! Mike said he definately wouldn't mind us having a monthly meet up in his store. What y'all think? 1st weekend of the month, plan on meeting at Doc's Vapor?

Well, just read the Tulsa thread, and it looks like everybody is planning on making that the one for October? So perhaps I'm posting this a bit early as the next one in OKC would be more along the lines of the middle of November?

I'm sure that would be fine. Is there anybody else who can't make it to the one next month who may want to meet up here locally or am I the only one?

Some of the folks who attended have quite a drive to make to come down here. The Tulsa vape Meet is a must. I think it would be best to schedule an official meet up in November. We can still do get-togethers on some random weekends, but that would only really work for those that are local to the area.

What I was talking about is for those of us who can't travel all the way to Tulsa, we can still have a get together Then in November, we can do another OKC get together. I've got a fiancee and 2 kids, so I couldn't be gone that long by myself, and my fiancee isn't the type to go out and learn a new area just to find something for them to do if I brought her and the kids along. I do want to make it out there some day though as I know their shop is bigger than ours lol.

LOL I have a husband and 2 boys. I drove over 100 miles for the one in OKC. Fudgey and I are going to T town this next month. She is driving over 100 miles this time. And it is 100 miles from me.

It's all good. My fiancee and I only have her truck since mine bit the dust, and Tulsa's too far for me to feel comfortable riding on my motorcycle. If everybody is going to Tulsa, that's great! The more the merrier!

I have finals this week. I'll be able to go to Doc's anytime after work after this weekend. You guys please suggest a good weekend and I'll run it by Mike at his store. November would be best. Please pick a date and agree on it before it gets too cold!

I still don't understand why I don't get instant notifications when people reply to a thread to something I've posted in here. You know what does give instant notifications? OKC Vapers on Facebook! If you all (still can't bring myself to say or type "y'all") would prefer it, we could plan for the next meet up there.

Not looking good for me either for Nov or Dec. Busy times of the year. After that I hate to get to far from home incase of bad weather. Might be this spring before I want to make a long road trip for a day. We are going to have play it by ear.

Been reading ECF for some time but just found this section. Never been to a meet, can anyone tell me when the next meet is? Was on Elixir early and Marta told about the one in Tulsa last month, sounded like everyone had a good time.
