Excellent customer service!

I did not receive an item with my order. I waited two business days before contacting OKCvapes. I was somewhat expecting a "we shipped that - you have it" response. Never really sure how things like that are going to go.
Anyway, Steph replied in a timely manner with a very courteous "Hey! I checked, and yep, we screwed up. Your item will be shipped first thing in the morning and I'll give you store credit for it."

Now....that.....is cool.

Two thumbs up.
