Just curious, was everyone else charged $45 for a 3.7 Volt, no extras, and $55 for 5 Volt no extras? I thought it was $40 for 3.7, and $50 for 5v. Website says free shipping. Did I miss something?
I was told as an option to do the lanyards which includes the eyelet attached to the mod , but she did not want the lanyards...the cost is not in the lanyard, but the time it takes to attach the eyelet to the mod.

Clarification, MY MISTAKE! I asked for them to add screw eyelets & ring, No Lanyard. They charge $10 to put in 2 screw eyelets. My mistake, I could have put them in myself. I ordered 6 additional eyelets, paid $6 additional for those. Takes 1 minute to screw one in, if even that.
I use them on other mods, and have a special chain lanyard. I also decorate my own mods. Will post pictures when done.
I love to see others pictures. Hopefully other members will post theirs too!

I would like to make a clarification....The eyelets don't screw in but have to be drilled and epoxied.

No doubt you are more professional and do a good job! I take a pin and heat it up, put it through to make a small starter hole, then when done glue from underneath. (crazy glue). Did not know you drill it. Better You do it. Thank you for letting me know.

He is always thanking me for sending it...and I am always thanking Ron for pretty much giving it away. The USMC boys appreciate it still......

I don't know what's happening, but there is still no response to my inquiry about cost of shipping to add to cost of mod.
I sent an email on March 3rd asking about how much the shipping for the $40 3.7V bottomfeeder mod will be to Malaysia. After a couple of days of waiting without any response, I put up a post on this thread on March 5th. Was promised that cost of shipping will be determined soon. On March 6th, I received an email reply that there's a wait until Monday, March 7th for the news on the cost of shipping.
It has been a week since my first inquiry, and I am extremely disappointed. Many on this thread have said that Oldgoat makes great mods and great service. I hate to say this, but I'm not seeing it. I'm saddened that it has turned out this way. I just don't understand how hard it is to find out the cost of shipping from one place to another. I can do it in 5 minutes by looking it up on the web or by making a call to my local post office.
I had been looking forward to enjoying a vape on the mod, as this is my first mod that I'm purchasing. Although I am now back in Malaysia, I remember my college days in Missouri during the 90s, and customer service was excellent wherever I went. Sigh. Guess I'll have to keep looking for a mod.

I am sorry but I have been working on the shipping details...it's not as easy as one would think to ship stuff over seas. Because of this I am sorry to say we will not be able to ship over seas.
There is more to consider than just shipping issues.

Yippee...mine is shipping today.Can hardly wait. Had to send my favorite mod in for repair so am limping along right now with backups so I really look forward to getting it. Any technique tips for using the bottom feeder from you veterans?

Made a change on my bottomfeeders...I no longer melt the ring around the connector and have went to a catch cup.

Our existing mods are pretty permanent debb. But it's all good, it's basically just a feature to catch juice oozing out of your cart/atty and we have somewhat similar.
I ordered mine on the 9th no news yet...Hopefully it's not too much i asked for..ha!! Black fade to white...normal chaging color LED, and a lanyard!!
I just sent another e-mail..think i'd rather have it a regular white box ( no lanyard ) with color changing LED if possible...

Mine were easy.....Stealth Black..Lanyard....No lights...
But at that time I was going back to Kandahar and did not want anything drawing any attention. A buddy is still using 1 of those Stealthy Black Beauties to this day.
