Old Juice - Is it safe?

Hi everyone,

I received a couple bottles of Nobacco juice that was made on 4/16/09 and expired on 4/15/11 .. Is it safe to vape these? Two of the bottles haven't been opened, but the third was open so I smelled and vaped a tiny bit, and they smell/taste fine but I thought I would ask if it's safe. I'm offering them on the PIF thread because they aren't my flavors but I want to make sure they are ok to vape before I send them off to someone.

Anyone out there vaping expired juice? Is there a reason we shouldn't? As long as it smells/tastes ok, is it vapable?

Did you receive these from us? We haven't had any juice that old in a long time. We need to look into this for you.

Also, the dates on the bottles read in reverse. So if it says 01112010 as a production date, it would actually be 11/1/2010

Yes They have your labels on them, but I did not receive them from you, they were included in a classified purchase I made as a freebie. I turned the date around to make it easier for us silly americans to understand. They are labeled 16/04/09 and 15/04/11

I'm actually vaping juice that's exactly that old right now.

Back when the 20ml bottles were on sale for $5 each, I bought a bunch to have as a back stock. It's an older formula, before WoW and Premium came around, but it still vapes and tastes like it did when it was new. The taste and vapor production isn't that great, but that's because it's just generic chinese juice formulas from '09.

Been vaping this old juice for the last couple months, and haven't noticed any side effects. I'd imagine the nicotine isn't as strong as it used to be, because I still have to vape a little WoW peppermint every couple of hours to feel satisfied.

Also, I have a couple of bottles of USA made (TV) juice from over a year ago, and those have completely spoiled.

Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional, chemist, or biologist. I'm just a normal guy stating my experience in vaping "expired" chinese-made juice.

From my understanding...over time the nicotine deteriorates....I have yet to hear of any ill effects from using older juice, just that the nicotine level will not REALLY be the same as it was when fresh and new

I have some of the old juice and I use it for mixing with stuff,no problem here.

So you are saying I shouldn't store my juice in old oak barrels and age them for 30 years? Anyone need 100 oak barrels then? Lol

Oak is fine, cedar however leaves a distinct aftertaste.
