:sleep::sleep: Got coffee?

Morning all!

Yams in the pot and on my 2nd cup o' joe, just waking up. :)

Let me try to post the pics Iffy wanted. They didn't come out well, sorta blurry. Sorry. Don't know why, but I'll try it anyway. Maybe you can make out the Panda Bear driptip. Hopefully they won't be huge.

Meet Me in St Louie Louie
Took a Clonazepam and a shot of Jack last night .. slept till 9 AM after hitting the sack at 1:00 AM .. so today, I'm sitting here staring at the screen in a semi-Zombie state, with my Folgers in a 32 OZ cup so I don't have to get up and get a refill .. when my DR first prescribed it, he said .. "This will help you sleep, reduce your anxiety level and take the edge off the next day" .. I still don't know which part I like more, but I lean toward take the edge off the next day ..

Personally, I can't seem to get my eyes open today. I think it's because of the rain. I do love to sleep when it's raining since I'm on the top floor of my building and can hear it well. :)
I hope the house I buy has a metal roof, love the rain on a metal roof. Maybe my house will need roofing? :) Probably since whatever I get will be a 'handy man' special. My son, being a contractor, has offered to do whatever it needs. Now if we could just get my case settled....

Need to wake up so I can start making pies. Have no energy yet. :(

I folks! I haven't been here in quite a while. I haven't touched a cigarette in over a year now.:rickroll: Currently, I have a Z-Max. I've seen that ProVape has come out with a variable wattage model. Maybe I'll save some coins and buy one. Does anyone own one?

Anyway, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Wahooooooooooooo flint..........that's wonderful!!! Dunno bout provape, but I'm currently looking at the IPV mini 30W. My nephew keeps saying he wants to get a mod and start vaping, I've recommended that to him. Most folks seem to really like it, and I've heard a lot of good about this yihi chip. $50.00 ish. If he gets one and we like it, I may get one. Good to see you and hope you have a wonderful Christmas!!!

They don't hardly make better sleepin than you get when it's rainin! I also love the sound on a metal roof, but don't think I'd want the whole roof to be metal. That could be a bit much in a hard rain. In a trailer I had.....the vent in the bathroom, not far from the bed, was metal and that small amount gave me plenty of nice sound, without being overpowering and keeping me up during a storm.

Hi Flint - nice to see you again. Congrats on your 1 year mark. I'm sure 2legs will chime in - he's really liking his P3.

I woke up early for me this morning but am slow getting started. Sweet taters are in the double boiler getting ready to be turned into a sweet tater pie. White taters are pealed, cut up, cookin' and getting ready to be turned into tater salad.

I picked up all the ingredients for Janet's Broccoli Casserole. I think I will put it together today and bake it tomorrow. Been wanting to try this one ever since I saw it. Thank you for the recipe Janet. I think it will go real well with the ham, candied sweet potatoes, potato salad and whatever else I decide on tomorrow.

Gotta get busy and get myself in gear 'cause I also plan on making a pecan pie, 2 custard pies and a coconut cream pie before the day is done.

Oh, I almost forgot...gotta throw together some pink stuff too. Have no idea what its real name is but Mom called it pink stuff. It is a mixture of cottage cheese, pineapple, apple, whipped cream, mini marshmallows, nuts, all mixed together with about half a package of dry red jello. Gonna use raspberry this time but any red colored one will do. :D

I hope you all are having a wonderful day.

The sound of heavy rain is the best sleeping pill in the world and makes for such a peaceful sleep. Sitting at the window watching the rain with a hot cup of coffee in your hand sounds so cozy and relaxing. Once the coffee kicks in, with the help of a little music, maybe you can manage a peaceful, quiet kind of energy? Good luck with that!

Welcome back, flintlock! Congratulations on you vapeversary! I'm sure Legs will be soon to tell you all about his beloved new P3. He says it's the smoothest vape ever.

OMGoodness, so many beautiful and heartfelt sentiments posted last night and this morning.

I wouldn't know where to start, as I have somewhat of a difficult time typing my feelings, but I do know how I feel about my porchers, and that is absolute respect and love. You all have helped me learn so much about vaping, but more importantly, what friendship is all about. I have a lot of acquaintances, but very few friends IRL. I have a fear of being criticized. My dad, although I loved him dearly, taught me well. He was a true gentleman, but he did have that one degrading characteristic. I know he loved me, and wanted the best, and I truly believe he didn't know how it would affect me. Constructive criticism is fine, but when it's downright belittling, I shut myself up like a clam. It persists to this day.

I don't use my rocker as much as I'd like, but I do read each and every post, and I'm hesitant to post at times, but not this morning.

UW, you are so proficient at expressing yourself, and I found myself teary-eyed and reminiscent of days gone by with such strong emotions. Thank you so much for being you!

Thank you all for being so transparent and baring your souls; it has taught me that trust is invaluable.

I wish each of you peace during the Holidays and for the coming New Year.

Your father and my mother had a lot in common. Except, with my mother, it had more to do with anger and resentment than it did with constructive criticism. Shame will beat you down, color every memory, and make you block out much of your memory. At least, it did for me. When those memories started to come back, I felt like the weight of them would crush me.

I'm sorry you had to suffer through that. Feel free to PM or call me anytime you need to rant or cry. Anytime.

I love the rain on my metal roof! I have lots of squirrels who like to play on the roof, too. I call it "Squirrel du Soleil". I literally LOL every time I hear them up there...highly entertaining.
