Oh you cannot feel like an idiot over that one - at least you had the computer plugged in and turned on - Got a call one time from my office while I was off on my wedding anniversary - they could not get the network printer to print from their computers - they had checked power button, breaker box etc - but had not checked to make sure the surge protector/power strip was plugged in or turned on...

It usually is simple. Great remote trouble shooting Uncle! I have often clicked on you tube videos only to see that little red x. How it got turned off I have no clue, but I do know that is the problem. No idiots, just don't know. Nothing wrong with that!

Too funny! I better not laugh too hard though.........I did that this morning with the heater! Couldn't figure out why it wouldn't come on. I did have the power strip on......but forgot sil always unplugs stuff.

Morning Deb, Nope it has been a non stop steady rain for over 24 hours - most of it has been light rain with intermittent thunderstorms - the system is supposed to be through us mid afternoon.

I used to agree with those who said that of all the things they've lost, they miss their minds the most, but I finally figgered out that it's not so bad bein fat dumb and happy!! Who needs a mind! lol

My father always said memory is the first to go if you're lucky. I sorta agree but, after seeing my MIL in memory care I'm not so sure. We're picking her up for Christmas dinner tomorrow and the home is putting a "care" kit together. Bibs and diapers. Jeez!
