Sounds like a blast to me... I get to play in clay sometime next week - I got a truck load delivered and I have some backfilling to do in the back yard. Since I can only do 2 or 3 wheelbarrows at a time - this is going to be a long project - luckily it is down hill. :D

Dirt Pudding is butter, cream cheese, confectioners sugar, vanilla, vanilla pudding, cool whip layered with crushed Oreo cookies, gummy worms sprinkled through out. Served in a pail with flowers and a trowel. This year no bucket due to I want to leave it with them and not worry about my bucket and trowel!! LOL! I don't need it around, hubby and I will eat it and we don't need the calories!!!!!!

Loose works, snug you get LOW Ω or similar message... Sounds like the insulator around the center pin of the Vamo is / has been crushed down. so when you snug up the topper, it pushes the pin further in, causing the short. Being new, best thing it to contact the vendor about a defective item. If out of warranty, a #60 O-ring can be installed to fix it.

Had to do that with my 1+ year old SVD. In spite of it's soft, no-click fire button, it still vapes fine, so was worth the few minutes to do it. Of course, take out the battery first!

Some tear it down completely but I just used an xacto type knife to cut the old one out. Then I cut one side of the O-ring and used a small (jewleler's) screwdriver to work the O-ring around the pin. Been that way for several months now, no problems. And the O-ring is a bit fatter than the original insulator, so it raised the pin a bit as well. Any good hardware store, plumbing / faucet repair section. :)

Merry Christmas, Holly Happydaze!

You might as well be speaking in another language, I'm lost.

Wha? What happened? I stepped outside to grill some dinner and Uncle Willie took off. Who's gonna keep us entertained now?

You know what? I think he is SANTA!

Na, I am a vendor at dog shows (I do leather work and make leads and stuff for show dogs. Left computers and went to the dogs, literally!). I also show my dogs. One of my saddest is I lost my heart dog at the ripe old age of 14yrs, 7 mos, 4 days Dec 10. Christmas just isn't the same. But he lived a long, healthy life and passed at home, with no help from me, with me at his side. He is home again, in a beautiful box, with a leather tooling I did of him when I thought I would loose him last August. But PURPLE is the points in dog shows!! Purple is GRAND!!!

hope it comes out right side up... Purple is GREAT, but sadness this Christmas.

Edit: my avatar is Tasha, CH Sky Acres USS Stargazer, RA. She is still with me and we are sad girlies together, but doing much better now. We are a team!

((((((((clnire))))))))))) I know that's rough. I love dog shows, but somehow missed most of em this year (tv). Had to click on it a couple times to see it, but that tooling you did is gorgeous. I've been wondering, is Tasha a Tervuren or GSD? Hard for me to tell since I can't see it well.

Jup purple is grand!! Glad to have a fellow purple lover. That's kewl that you make leads etc. My ex's brother and his wife (at the time) used to show dogs. Mostly basset and blood hounds. When one of their bassets finally went up, he made his mother the most producing ..... of basset champions (at that time anyhow). My biggest animal loves are horse, dogs, and marine mammals. Not necessarily in that order. Marine mammals would come first, mostly dolphins, whales and sea lions, but a toss up between horses and dogs.

That is so touching...

We had a dog for about 17 years - He was half Chihuahua and half Dachshund. We got him from a dog shelter - he was out back in a private cage with a sign - "Not compatible with humans" - it touched our hearts - we spent 5 hours (the lady running the shelter stayed after hours to give us a chance) trying to get him to come to us - he tried to snarl - he tried to climb the wire - but after about 5 hours he finally let my wife touch him and after a short while later he let her pick him up.

We took him home and a long story short - he was the best dog anyone could have ever had for almost 17 years... He was badly abused as a puppy and that is why he was scared of humans - you could see the bruises through his short hair. It took him almost 5 years before he would even let my mother touch him (another story). He was the family protector - do not mess with any of us in front of him - he was the family sweetheart - shoot he was just plain family...

David my suggestion is clean the contacts inside the batterry tube the threads and spring and clean the contact for the atty with a q tip and alcohol. My PV's do that occasionally and that is all it ever is. You can also use a paper clip to clean the contact some where the atty goes. Also the threads where the atty goes.

Patience and love. Works for all sorts of animals.....even the human kind. So glad you and your wife had plenty of both. so nice to know he found a loving home. Just don't understand how folks can abuse animals so badly.

Earlier I posted we used to play in the dirt as kids. So thought this dirt was a good follow up ;)

Deb, great call! Belgian Tervuren. I hope to never be without one. I will PM you the Orgasmatron recipe when I get a chance. One of my BFFs would not share the recipe for over 25 years, this year she sent it to me. Gotta make it exact though or it won't turn out right. I was a baker for many years in my youth and I understand. Pan (pyrex not metal) dark brown sugar ( not light), exact timing. Yep, makes a difference! But they are soo good!

oh so glad she shared with you finally and you're willing to share with me. I appreciate it!

At one point for several years I'd watched so many of the dog shows, that my son joked he'd have to cut me off, when I started recognizing individual dogs when they'd come out. that's Judy (australian shepherd), that's knotty (blood hound)... that's stumpy (wessex spaniel) etc. And of course my beloved cocoa. First time I saw her son, I knew they had to be related, he looked so much like her.

Well kiddies........I had so much fun today, but my eyes can't take no more of this puter screen. I've had 3 hrs sleep in the last 48. Probably not headed to bed for awhile, but need to rest my eyes. I'm sure I'll pop in tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a very blessed Christmas, even if it's just here with our porch family! Hugs and loves!!

{{{clnire}}} sorry you lost your dog. What a nice way to remember him.

Wow! That must have been one strong bond you had with him. Way to go Semi.
