jup she did!! Thanks Rat!!! Don't think I said that in here, just in pm. Sorry, am busy gittin edgycated on coil buildin. Hey semi, ya need about 95 4-40 machine screws?? lol The long ones only come in pks of 100 on amazon.

Just go to an Ace Hardware or something like that - you can buy just one or two - may cost more per each, but then you do not have 95 sitting around waiting for something to do...

But that involves getting dressed and going outside. lol j/k. I just watched a girl wrap one that had never done it. I think I'm gonna get the comfy handled screwdriver and just try wrapping them, then squeezin em like she did. I have a hard time holding on to small things. just make sure I don't overlap, hers fired really wonky til they squeezed it a few times with tweezer, then fired really nice.

Just take your coffee pot or computer apart, I'm sure you'll find a suitable screw. Oh wait - you don't have a screw driver to take 'em apart. Never mind.

Because we don't feel like it, and dread packing all that stuff up and putting it away yet again. :p

I figure as long as it disappears before the first of February we're good. Just leave the outside lights off after New Years day. Got a couple of houses on our culdesac that never take their outside lights down. Christmas lights aren't designed to stay up all year so after a month or so in the sun they start to look seriously ratty!

Went to my BIL house. The dinner was outstanding. In addition to the usual pies he made a carrot cake with cream cheese (so he says) icing. It was different from any cream cheese icing I've ever had but, it was outstanding! I had three pieces over the course of the evening. Bad news is I blew out my left knee when I got up from the table. Pain nearly dropped me to the floor. It eased off enough for me to walk some. Went to Sports Authority this morning and got one of the knee braces with the metal rod and hinge in it. The one my doc gave me is up in VA. Only difference I can see is the one from the doctor was $350 more. Sports Authority one works great and I can get around better now. Didn't sleep a wink last night due to the pain so I'm off to Neverland. Night All.

In our part of the country I've always liked to leave the lights on at least until sunset gets back to 7:00 or so. Right now it's still going down at 4:45, so I figure a little extra color and light is all to the good.

Oh, that's nasty! So sorry about your knee. Rotowoman is right - ice is your friend! Hope you get it checked out and it turns out OK.

much better

Whoa! Careful you don't poke your eye out with that tip! Bet it gives a nice cool vape.

Okay Deb, you said sort of what you wanted and this was what I made before your request. Pretty darn close to what you said. I think the whole "great minds think alike" plays nicely here. bahahahahaha

A big ouch! I know your pain. A couple years ago I tore my right knee up pretty bad. For the 1st 3 nights i slept best I could in a recliner chair. There just wasn't any position I could find laying in bed that didn't hurt so much, I knew I wasn't going to fall asleep.

I meant that you have to stop using them after new years day. Light em up while they're up though.

Get 10 packs, repack them in pairs and label them "Custom Coil Tool", sell 'em for $3.95 on amazon, plus shipping, of course :)

Oh Matt...........g'nite hun, sure hope you can sleep. so sorry bout your knee. Hope someone else can drive home. I do hope you're planning to go get it checked.

some folks put sour cream in their cream cheese icing, could that have been it?

Nah, more like marshmallow fluff. Not sure but I'm going to ask. As far as the knees, we aren't going home till the middle of January and the braces are definitely helping. I am using the hard hinged brace during the day and a "class 1" soft neoprene (like a wetsuit) one at night. The nighttime one just holds everything together so it doesn't ache while I'm trying to sleep. So far both seem to be working well. Thanks for asking.
