Thanks. One year at work they had a NoShaveVember. Anyone who was participating had to be clean shaven on October 1st. On October 31st, there was a closed ballot vote on the best beard. I won the vote. They also followed that with another in November for best mustache. My wife put her foot down! She didn't want me to be clean shaven again. She really liked my beard. I normally kept trimmed where it ranged between 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch long.

Thanks, I feel better with the beard. Either that or I am too lazy to shave. lol When the Navy allowed beards I always had one.

I have had a moustache for all of my married life. Almost 39 years. Except for two instances where I screwed up bad trimming it and by spousal order they only lasted a day or so.

Heard on the news that at least six states have legislation pending to do away with "stupid" time and it's becoming a trend nationally. DST has outlived it's usefulness years ago I would say.

I'm hearing more & more about it, too.

Funny thing! I just happen to be watching an episode of Chopped on the Food Network and this is one of the ingredients. I had never heard of them before and then I see this! LOL! They said they kind of taste like green beans. Might have to sample them some time. BTW, he sautéed them with some finely chopped bacon in butter! Looked delicious!

Got a few comments from FB friends and my family about shaving off my beard. I haven't shaved since Christmas morning. The beard is back!

Yeah, busy with work. It is a good thing though. Could be on unemployment.
