Wolves can whistle?

Like the ones in the "Looney Tunes" or the black and white cartoonz of the past. Mel Blanc did an old time radio show in the past and I think he did a character that was the beginning of Porky Pig. Well he did a Wolf Call or Cat Call that was pretty funny.
