That's about what SE TX looks like right now. Worst flooding since TS Allison. And more rain on the way. Lots of deaths & flooded homes & businesses. 18 wheelers underwayerwater. Thousands of homes flooded this morning by 10am. All the bayous & rivers out of their banks. It was coming down faster than it could drain. It slacked off about noon, but more coming.

How in the world are you keeping the camera so steady? Do you have it on a motorized stabilizer (gimbal)? Or, are you just that good at staying on an even keel?

And, I was worried about Semi when Iffy said that he loved using Semi as a gauge. Hopefully it wasn't a depth gauge.

I Propped the camera on my boobs, steady as a rock.
Iffy made an awesome tour guide. I don't even think he got wet.

Beautiful! I like to go to Moody Gardens in Galveston. They have 3 huge glass pyramids one is an aquarium, & one is a tropical greenhouse. They have a Corpse Flower & it's a big deal when it blooms.

@Kenna - Y'all doin' alright over in yer neck ah da woods? I know your side of town got hit pretty hard yesterday.

We're good, there was a LOT of flooding all around us, but thankfully there was no damage to our property. We had to cancel the oncologist visit, but that's already been rescheduled for next week. There was NO WAY we coulda made it down to the medical center yesterday! 288/Holcombe looked like a river!
