Various degrees of reclining work best for me, too.I think I know why I felt so much better sitting in that chair...
I was leaning back a bit more than normal...When I am at work or at the laptop here I am leaning forward - which would be mushing up my tummy a bit. Tonight I am going to redo my sleeping set up to be leaning back just a bit more. (aside from the fact that it was just plain relaxing there)
