And a funny story- with us both sick, we had a big bag of Hals cough drops on the console between us in the van. Stopped at McDonalds for a quick breakfast before we hit the road. Later I went for a cough drop - where is the bag? The bag is gone! Uh oh, yep, little Geordi the heathen got a hold of the bag, pulled it into his crate and was busy playing with/eating them! We stopped so I could pick out the drops - he was a mess with cough drops stuck all through his legs, stomach, chest and tail. His blanket was sticky with cough drops. He is still a sticky mess, guess he gets a bath tomorrow. But he's not coughing! (not that he was to begin with).
What an entertainingly told story! I'm not sure I'd be all that amused, myself, if I had to clean up the carnage! Good thing for him you love him so much!

Along w/ some loving re-hab.
They are considered active duty military and even have their own veterinary service. If there is any way to avoid it they are never "put down" and are "retired" at the end of their service.

On a lighter note, got home today to a box full of mail. In there was a box from Kenleigh's Fiber Studio. It is a needle felted Spock, my heart dog who passed on December 2014. My Best Friend Ever ordered this for me, took over a year until Shannon could get to making it. But Spock is home. This felted Spock even has some of his fur in it!!

I knew it was coming. My friend told me she was doing this for me and I was in touch with the artist all along, I sent her the fur and pictures. But the thrill to open the box and hold it, priceless and yes, definitely tear jerking. My Special Spock. My friend has Geordi's uncle, it just adds to our friendship bond. And one of the reasons I so wanted Geordi.

Publlk service message...

For those who want netflix and hulu and latest movies and every tv show ever broadcast... why pay for it?

Kodi is free. Anything ever broadcasted anywhere (world wide), anytime is at yer fingertips. Watched the new color is orange or whatever it is and house of cards. Neither one impressed me. But alf, combat, mork and mindy and others brought back some memories.

Just google Kodi. It'z a free program. But... a real bear to set up. It comes with nothing but you add what you want or need. But tons of youtube vids on how to and what to with it.

i use something similar and i get everything free over internet.

if you're lazy, you can buy a kodi box off ebay. i haven't done that yet, but gary is right on. in addition to every movie and tv show for free, i get to watch my favorite teams lose...

On the pc. There are thousands of add ons that each have thousands of programs. Latest movies and tv from around the world. Just watched the last 11.23.63 episode.
I would never wanna watch TV on the PC, but might invest in one of them gizmos that puts whatever is on the PC onto the TV.

I watch it on the third monitor. But should be able to port it over to the real tv. But requires effort. Ain't got nun.
