Cruises are great fun. I've been on several and would go again in a heartbeat except that health issues have thrown a wrench in cruising plans.

Not to mention THEIR health issues!

Anytime someone is hurting, feeling down, or just out of whack everyone comes together and lifts up that person.

Anyone of 'porch-age' here has lost someone(s) or something very dear. This 'family' relives those losses when one of our own is in pain and/or in need!

No one here need ever feel alone!

By the way, we do a pretty fine job of rejoicing also...

Beautiful kitty. It seems like every time I take a picture of my kitty('s, over the years) they always have those evil eyes. No wonder they thought they were witches in the olden days. Little did they know they were actually angels in disguise. If they hadn't killed all the cats in the middle ages there never would have been a black plague.

You have been a welcome addition to our little family. I love those comments you make that are always on the mark and make me smile if not laugh out loud. Welcome again my friend.

Thank you for sharing your story! Your wife was such a sweetheart to have given you a kitty after what she'd been through. So sorry for your loss! {{{hugs}}}

Yah I know...what the hell am I doing up so early?!

Well, in a couple of hours my GD is taking me to check out a new home, I'd set the alarm but as usually happens, I awoke way before it went off! So now I'm dawdling around waiting

Sure hope i like it....it's a mobile home in a 55-over community ( no ignorant parents with heathen kids!) , lotsa wooded areas, a couple small ponds, with a country atmosphere, clubhouse with a pool and small library. If they don't play Euchre i'm sure i can get em started
