Well I don't really know but I would bet the upgrade firmware wouldn't work with them and that is what has really made the difference in these things is the Ti setting being right on and the adjustable TCR and Compensate temp setting that you set to room temp then the Manual TCR will compensate the temp when you set the TCR or the other 2 modes and makes your settings right since the resistance of the wire changes at different ambient temperatures. But the ML will let you set the vaping curve which I don't really understand but I know the DNA200 will do that also. The thing with the DNA200 is to me having to use the escribe software to set it up and the Lipo batteries which don't have a very long lifespan till recharge. There are only a couple that actually use 18650's 3 of them but you have to keep your batteries matched up. There is one that uses 3 18650's that is really cool by Jaybo can't remember the name its like Rideux or something like that. Goes for 2 or 3 days but you have to have 3 batts dedicated to going in the same time so you would need 6 HG2's or VTC5's dedicated to going in the mod the same time.

I agree with the point about upgrades and such. Problem is I just can't afford a $200 mod.

I hear ya. I'm considering getting 3 of the limited edition Silver on Silver and just put them away. He's got about 12 left and then they are gone for good. Not sure what is going to happen with the Feds but if they moved the Grandfather date to say Jan 1st 2016 how much more do you think they would advance. I can't really imagine them advancing more then the M is now. You can use any wire you want and get accurate TC. What else can the add. I want to get them so I will never run out but also would like to keep up on the advancements and once the ML comes out there will be no more upgrades to the M's. Thats the way YiHi works but what more can they upgrade.

As I understand it.....the FDA wants to set the date as 2007......the bill that is pending would only bring that date up to 2011......that leaves most of what we now use out of consideration.....

Yep you are right. I just reread the original law signed in to effect 2009 and this bill would only extend it 21 months. I don't think it would hurt having a few extra products around.

That extra 21 months probably gets it within range of where Big Tobacco wants it...

Yeah who knows. I talked to Perry at Varitube and ordered 3 of the LE SXM's with the YiHi sleeves and he is going to upgrade them for me so I am set in that dept. My nic will be here tomorrow. I have 12 Kanger STM's and spare parts 4 still in the box almost ready for Vapocolypse. If the crap hits the fan I probably can make money on this stuff. Definately won't lose any.

Yep just going to put these away with my extra Kangers. My other 3 are doing just fine. I see my nic will be here today. Now I gotta get some pink socks. I don't have any old ones they all got thrown away since I don't need them anymore. I only change them about once a year. I thought you were supposed to leave a little air space in the bottles when you separate the nic before you put it in the freezer is that right or not?

Well we got good news yesterday I think. They didn't find any bleeding so very possibly the meds. Her iron is down to 2% so she is definately going to have to have a few iron infusions but no C so far. Biopsies won't be back for a couple of weeks but part of the problem may be a gluten allergy. We had to be there at 1215 and didn't get out till 1730. So now it is just wait and see. She did have Hemorrhoids but that is from the ........ shes had, it would be great if it was just a gluten problem. The iron will probably take at least a month before she feels better. Thanks for the prayers I know they helped. She is also having problems keeping her O2 up to above 90 but I think the cigarettes aren't helping in that area plus her hemoglobin is really low. We can't increase our iron through oral methods because of this gastric by pass we have had. Still not out of the woods but hopeful. Thanks again.
Glad there is a cautiously good prognosis. Keep on keeping on - still in my prayers!

First reconstructive surgery delayed again due to swelling not gone down enough. Maybe Monday.
I am heading back to the hospital now. Great place to spend a day off?
Much better for me than her though....
hope it goes off ok on Monday.

Sorry to report that Trip my 2 YO chocolate lab was put to sleep today. His condition worsened over the past week to the point that he could hardly stand or walk. His vet was still working with other neuro-vets to find another alternative treatment but was unsuccessful in offering anything. It was a hard decision but I really think for his sake it was the best thing. Thanks for all of your well wishes and prayers.
so sorry to hear about your dog. it's hard to loose a family member.
