Hmmm, 3.2 cu ft of nic - that should last you a good long time...
LOL actually I have about 2.5 Liters of Nic in there.

Its the frozen food that was becoming a problem. I just thought putting the nic in the new one would be smarter since it would be opened less often.

Green Chicken? Must be Vegan Chicken?
No just a really disgusting grocery store here. When you walk in the store the rotten meat smell hits you in the face. Like I said I won't eat meat from the store here in town. Heck wouldn't even feed it to my ex. LOL

For those west coast of Florida porchers, Geordi and I are entered in the Brooksville dog show January 23 and 24. Exit 301 on I75 - I can post further directions when I know our ring times... Would be a hoot to have a cheering section! LOL! From what I know of the judges both days, they don't necessarily like puppies, but we need ring time for training. It's an outdoor show, so hopefully the weather will cooperate. It's usually a decent sized show, so if ya like dogs, you might enjoy it. I will be working the booth (Gear to Go, set up near the entrance to the food court) but gotta get some ring time with the little (not so little anymore) Squirt. More details to come.

Might even have some semblance of fur lined handcuffs :p;)

Rest, aspirin and drink plenty of clear liquids (no, bourbon doesn't count). In about a week you'll be all better. If that doesn't work take 7 days. :)

Oh Matt...I'm not that sick, to need a week to be better...

but I WILL go for the 7 days....

Brilliant minds think alike...I got a small table-top size freezer a while back....for my nic supply.

Heres a better picture of our icicle.

Whoa, I hit reply to comment on the icicle and your picture disappeared. Where'd it go? Anyway, the size of the icicle is more in perspective with a person next to it. Is that your lovely wife? If your temps keep up it'll be touching the ground by tomorrow! Watch out for the icicles hanging from upper floors of tall buildings - if you're under them when they let loose it could REALLY hurt!!

So, the photo showed up in the post anyway. I just couldn't see it while typing my reply. Hmmm.

My crock pot alfredo recipe as I promised hangout folks

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup of water
1 packet of dry Italian salad dressing mix (I use the hidden valley one but the good seasons works too)
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can of sliced mushrooms (the small one I don't remember the size)
3 cloves of garlic pressed

Spray the inside of the cooker with non stick spray (I use the olive oil one but I doubt it matters)

Place the chicken breasts in the crock (works fine even if they are frozen).

Press the garlic over the chicken.

Mix the water and salad dressing mix and pour over the chicken.

Cook on low for 4 hours (5 hours if you started with frozen chicken).

Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and put back in the pot.

Combine the softened cream cheese and the the cream of chicken soup and pour over the chicken. Stir in the mushrooms.

Cover and cook on low for 1 additional hour.

Stir til its smooth and serve over pasta of your choice.

My hubby boycotts anything with broccoli but a little broccoli added to this is yummy as well.

Edit: I might add this freezes fairly well. I often make up a double batch and split it into 4 parts and freeze 3 of them. So all I have to do is heat it up and make noodles.

what does the w stand for in the 15? Are the led's still listed by wattage, just lower wattage? I did see on the pkg matt posted it said 60 w and underneath 10w, so what you're talking about if done the same way would be 100w and underneath 15w??
Exactly. The top number is the supposed equivalent and the bottom number is the actual draw. In order to compare apples to apples you need to compare the lumens output. Right now in the replacement LED bulb world it appears that 40 and 60 watt equivalent bulbs are easy to find. 75 and 100 watt equivalents not so much. Also 40 and 60 equivalents are relatively cheap with prices seeming to fall daily but, the larger wattage bulbs are still a little bit rare. As wattage goes up so does price because higher wattage LED are more expensive to produce and require bigger heat sinks (disappation} thus raising the manufacturing costs somewhat. Of course not as much as the difference in price would lead you to believe. Also you need to pay attention to the color temperature. This is rated in degrees Kelvin. Just remember the lower the number more "warm" or yellow and the higher the number more "cool" or blue the bulb is. Right now the " warm white" bulbs are closer to the old incandescent bulbs while the "cool white" bulbs resemble the light produced by fluorescent tunes. Sorry to ramble on about them but, it can be confusing and all bulbs are heading towards LED. Sooner than later that's all you'll be able to buy. Fluorescent or "CFL" bulbs aren't as environmentally friendly as they contain small amounts of mercury. Ok, class dismissed. :)

If the bulb is going into an enclosed light - we always use the white light (daylight) - to hard on the eyes without it being enclosed, but sure lights up a room the best...
Be careful what you use in enclosed fixtures. Some LED bulbs won't last in an enclosed fixture due to overheating of the circuitry. The are labeled somewhere on the box "do not use in enclosed fixtures. Should be fine in an everyday table lamp but, you really wouldn't want to use them in an enclosed ceiling fixture.

tell me more about this. Just went and read some about it......saw that some say it's bad, but it also said that incandescent bulbs contain high levels of lead and mercury, and we never knew about that and most of us have cleaned up broken bulbs of those more than once. is the GaAs more of a concern than lead and mercury?
LEDs use a microscopic amount. Not something to worry about unless you were going to crush em and eat em. Also most LED bulbs are plastic so they don't shatter when dropped.

Heh, problem is I don't wanna wurry bout light blubz! Gov is given me sumpthin else to worry about. I just wanna a dang lite blub! :D
Once you get used to it, it won't be all that hard. Problem is there are a boatload more choices in LED than there ever was in regular incandescent bulbs.
