Wow we just got word that our Son in Law which is what he is more or less because we raised his wife. He is getting deployed this summer for 9 months. That really sucks. Will try to see you around 1030 your time.

Did you upgrade it to v3.0 firmware. Supposed to be really good.

Yes, I upgraded the firmware, but have not been able to play with TC yet. One weird thing did happen. I have been using it, but yesterday grabbed it to use and it had powered off and would not turn back on. Changed batteries, nothing. I started to panic (have had it about 2 weeks but bought from a China company) but decided to check the firmware. Loaded the program and connected the Evic - no firmware! Did the update (again) and all is well. Working like a charm (in power mode). It is a solid, little mod and overall I am happy. Another on the way - different vendor.

So..I started off my day in my usual inimitable style.....

set the alarm for 8:00 am, got fixed up for a change to go to the Dr..... when it was almost time for the bus to arrive i fixed up a large insulated lidded coffee cup to take with me, put it in my purse when the bus arrived, making sure the lid was on tight and the flip-up thing was closed and it was against the edge of the purse with wallet etc. tight against it.

Arrived at the Dr.s....it was closed! Lazy pikers...NYE doesn't start till evening and besides, they close at 4:00 pm anyway.

So had to ride around in the bus for another hour till he had pickups and dropoffs in my area. At one pickup I moved to the back of the bus so I could vape and sip coffee. Flipped the lid, tipped the cup...nothing. Took off the lid...no coffee in the cup, about 9-10 ozs. was in the bottom of my purse...along with my wallet, Kleenex, sunglasses ,address book..that I'd just filled from the old one ( which I then threw away) and my cellphone.

We arrived in CA once and our daughter-in-law had a bottle of water in her purse that spilled and ruined her cell phone. They over-nighted her a new one! Our phones back-up to our iTunes on our computer so the info can be replaced on the phone. Man, I'd be totally lost if anything happened to my phone. I'd be running around screaming like some teenybopper!

Yeah I got mine from MVS I love their CS always right there to help. If I don't like something they always tell me to send it right back and they will give me store credit. I got all my Kanger STM parts from them. I told them of my unhapiness about the change in the latest air control valve and they offered to take it back but I told them I can jury rig it to work but they don't like it either.

It wasn't bad, really Janet....the phone's fine and even if it was ruined...it's only a Tracphone and I seldom use it....I'm still living in the dark ages!!!!

I couldn't make the HO. I'm trying to nurse my Mom & my back/hip are giving me fits. If she's not better by Monday I have to get her to the Dr. She's been on steroids for 3 days & now a rx cream & not much better. Niece came today & went to the store for us, & picked up her rx. I'm going to bed with the heating pad.
