I would much rather that she noose all of them to prevent cancer. Going through it again is much less pain. Besides that, I should lose some weight in the process. Just am not looking forward to a diet for both diverticulosis and acid reflux. Lots of fiber, no spicy stuff, no coffee. I don't know how bad she will lay the law down to me, so I am going to enjoy sweets and spices and coffee for as long as I can.
I have the same thing. I can eat pretty much whatever I want per my GI Dr. I should avoid too much beans, potatoes, rice, whole grain wheat bread & alcohol & minimal corn. I can have all that, I just can't live off it. Lots of greens, salads, & veggies. And we all know about corn anyway.

Isn't it amazing what God provides and then 'guides' others to 'elevate' the beauty for the rest of us to appreciate! So impressed, Diver...
Thank you.

Beautiful!
Thank you.

I have a zebra wood pen with my name lazer engraved on it that my sister gave me one Christmas. It's a slim body.

Wow, I can't afford a laser engraver but that would be a nice addition to your pen. Really makes it a keepsake.

Just a thought, how 'bout making a pen and trading it fer a bunch o' laser engravings at a local trophy shop...

The storms here yesterday came in three 'waves' - early morning, midday, late afternoon.

In between the early and midday rain and winds, there were lulls when the drizzle and wind was at a minimum, so I went flying!

There is a 6 acre grass field next to my house, and I knew before I even ordered the quad that would be a good 'testing/learning' area.

Wanted to try some new maneuvers, so:

That light between the trees is the headlight of a train going by. I kept the quad hovering and practiced my 'pan' - following the train 'til the engine was out of sight.

That's the highest I've been with it so far - 163 ft. There was a very stiff wind and to say I was delightfully surprised at the ability of it to keep itself in place is an understatement!

When the drizzle turned into drops, I hit the 'return to home' button. It took itself to my preset RTH altitude, 50 meters, flew itself to directly over me, descended to within ~6 of where it took off, and gently landed itself.

Thrilled? Giddy? Who me? :D

The view across the highway from my house, from 50 meters up. That old truck in the lower right is 'Percy', my '73 Chevy stepside. This weekend, I plan to get some footage from at least twice that high - weather permitting of course.

I ordered some 'quad stuff' from Amazon yesterday, hopefully will be here before the weekend.

An Inspire1/P4 tablet mount to go on the controller and replace the flimsy phone mount (by DJI)
A sunshade/hood to fit the above (by DJI)
A lens cap/gimbal lock, and a lens hood (by Neewer)
Prop guards designed to be easily removable (mfg. unknown)

I hate to tell ya, but it's better to know now than to be disappointed after the package arrives from Amazon. That DJI tablet mount won't work on the stock remote control of the Phantom 3 Standard, because the stock remote control doesn't have the needed mounting hole on its front side.

There are, however, after-market tablet mounts made for the P3S remote control, such as this one:

It'll have the hole by the time I get done with it. :D

I've already read how to do it, and will watch a utoob vid or two by the time it gets here. From everything I've read, that is hands down the best tablet mount available.

Thanks for lookin' out for me.

My problem is teeth. I don't have many, a partial on the upper, but only my four front teeth on the lower. Hominy is good. As well as grits and cornmeal products.

Now I know why Dave does a little dance after flying - heck, I was so tickled, I felt like doing backflips!
It's awesome to see you & Dave get your drone on! Your excitement is contagious. You are really doing well with it.

Ya had me worried. I had figured wrongly that you thought it would fit "as is".

Picking up this beautiful soul in the morning from a friend so I can house and her little ones. I will take them to and from the vet for shots, get neutered and spayed at 2lbs and then the heartbreak because after loving on them for weeks I will turn them over to find their forever homes. They will stay with me for about 4-5 weeks.
