WOW!!! Went to the Oncologist today and he said he's really not concerned about my lungs the nodules are so small one didn't even show up on the PET. He said that my esophagus is the one we have to keep an eye on and do another Endoscoopy in about 6 months but he thought that what lit up was the Barretts. As far as my prostate it is really pretty normal for my age. He did a PSA just to make sure. He said if I was really concerned about the nodules He could remove them with the Gamma Knife but he said if it was him he would just wait and watch. So sounds like you can put the Pine boards away Matt and we are figuring leaving in a couple weeks or so to go to the other side. Man I feel so good, what a load off. Thanks for all the support guys, thanks a bunch it was much appreciated. So you can't put your red pencil away for a while yet Yiddle.

My cardiologist is a goof, he is your typical nerd, actually kept running into him in there, I asked him if he was following me, then I said oh I know your in here for lunch right. He said no I don't eat the samples. And he gave me another rundown on my echo. What a goof.

Not only that I ran into my cardiologist when we went to Costco and he gave me the OK too. I got home and sat down in my recliner and went into the Ozone for about 2 hours. Didn't even know I was tired.
Probably not tired. Probably worn out. We cannot help but worry about possible bad things.
So glad it was OK, and also glad we could help you feel comfortable enough to burn off a bit of worry.

Yep it's amazing how much stress does to you and you don't even realize its happening. I was wired with the good news when we got home and just crashed and burned.

Thanks you guys again for support and recommendations although I didn't really use any of them, guess its easier said then done. I feel 150% better now. Now gotta bunch of stuff to get done, got lucky with one thing on the motorhome if you remember thought I was going to need a new battery but found out I just didn't let it get a full charge. Now it is holding a charge. Gotta take it into Rays Trucks and have him diagnose the engine AC and see if he thinks that I can do like last year and recharge it and it made it the whole trip it has a slow leak in the refrigerant but it lasted for 1 1/2 months. Let him change the oil and filter. I only have about 1200 miles on this oil but its been a year also the generator and have a complete safety check, I know the brakes are good had to have a complete new brake system put on the first year I had it, everything from the rotors to the sensors so I know thats ok.

Yeah, stress can do that. When what's kept you on edge for so long is finally resolved and the stressor goes away, so does the elevated adrenaline.

Well, just finished supper with another big helping of broccoli. Don't like broccoli - nope, but I eat it 2 or 3 times a week. Why you ask if I really don't like it - because...

My wife puts it on my plate... :(
Nancy was always trying to have us eat healthily. One of the diets she had us on was having Kail with our meals. It was supposed to be very very good for us. After about 3 or 4 months after trying it, she finally made a dinner with out the Kail. I asked her why and she looked down and mumbled, "I found out it was supposed to be cooked". We never talked about Kail, again.

That is great news. I'm sure Ginny will relax a little now, too.
I Just finished getting caught up on the porches while watching The Book of Eli. That is such a strong movie. Quite different for a post apocalyptic movie. It is probably the 5th time I have seen it and the first time I saw it with Nancy we had to watch it again to just make sure what we were seeing at the ending. Love it!
Well, it is bed time, see ya'll in the morning.

It is not necessary to cook kale. Here are a bunch of kale salad recipes. The kale is not cooked in any of them.

I'm not saying that you'll suddenly like kale. Many people don't.

I am sure others might agree and use the Kail. However, that door is shut in my house. :nah::nah::lol:
I am in severe pain that is not allowing me to get any sleep. So I am getting caught up on recorded episodes of Forged In Fire. On some of the sharpness test, they use either entire pigs, slabs of beef, or whole fish. I can't help but wonder if they have a big BBQ at the end of the competition. I would hate to see all of that meat going to waste.
