Ever had one of those days. We gotta make a trial run DT to see where I have to drive the MH tomorrow and hit a couple stores and just feel kinda crappy. Hoping it will pass soon. Hate it when I feel like this. Like I've said before it's like 2 days feel good and 1 day feel like doggie doo.
Now the stands are really empty. I heard them announce for your own safety head inside and buy beer. I'm there, I wish.

A short while back, we were having a discussion about bread. Someone pointed out that the nutrition labels were exactly the same regardless of whether it was whole wheat or white. This surprised me so much that research on the issue went right to the top of my to-do list, and I got to it a mere month or three later. Here's an article which presents interesting different viewpoints but no definite conclusions, so I guess I'll keep eating whole wheat bread most of the time simply because I tend to find it tastier. My taste preference applies to toast and to most sandwiches but does NOT apply to pizza or waffles. Some things were never meant to be whole wheat.

Never considered pizza to be anything other than complete nutrition, but yeah, not on whole wheat, thank you!

Dat's a graphite rod dat took a direct lightning hit in a t-top rod holder. Although all da 'tronics and outboard were fried, miraculously no one was injured. Da story goes dat da deck sure got 'slippery'...

Nope don't particularly care for whole wheat, but I do like a good rye and some pumpernickel from time to time. Both are real good for finger foods and have a sharp flavor to them that helps wake up the palette.
LOL....I'll take a pass on the Reubens....give me a NYC hot pastrami on rye....with spicy mustard and a kosher dill...
I'm with you, love a good rueben. It also make a good patty melt.A good rye bread is a must for good Reubens.
