So what percentage in what base do you get? And a litre lasts about how long? And how long does it stay useable if you freeze it?

I get 100mg nic base. I vape at 18 mgs and use 5-7 mls per day. It's just easier for me to do the math with it. HIGHLY toxic to pets and children though, so store accordingly. A half liter lasted me nearly a year and I wasted some on vape recipes that didn't work out for me. (I don't advise buttered popcorn, for example...tasted like the bottom of a silo smells.) I have two liters in the freezer and have been told they will last forever there. That should cover me for a few more years.

So if someone has a different view than you ... they're insane. Then it seems like there's a lot of crazies out there. And no, I'm not a fan of Trumps. Just don't like discourse that calls the other side names. It doesn't help anything and just fuels the divisiveness permeating our country.
