Just had to share THIS wid ya'll. Ma Nature continues to amaze me!!!
Oh Lord, I hope this isn't catchy! Normally, I go to sleep between 10 -11 each night and am up at 6-7.
For the past two nights, up at 3:30 can't get back to sleep and then nap during the day only to repeat the same thing all over again.
Thanks Kenna it's actually supposed to be clear here tonight. We leave tomorrow over the mountains to our friends place for another week. Supposed to be hot there. Ginnys reunion is Saturday supposed to be 95 there. It's 72 here with a nice cool breeze today. 32nd anniversary today, and they said it wouldn't last.
We arrived safely. Left Hampton ar 9AM and pulled into the driveway here at 11:50 PM. Even though we were exhausted we still didn't get to sleep until 3:30 or 4:00 this morning. Up around.11:30 AM. We went to see Doree's mom around 2. It's so sad.
She is just about withered away to nothing and staring off into space. The doctors say she could go at any time. I am glad we made it before she went so Doree had a chance to say goodbye.
I was talking to our neighbor this afternoon and both of us agreed that there should be a more humane way to deal with this kind of thing but, then you would have the azzhats that would just put someone down rather than do the right thing and take care of them. Maybe the Eskimo ice flow thing really was the right idea.
Thanks for your prayers everyone. I will keep you informed. Love you all.
Serial glutton?
Haven't posted much, but I got home in the wee hours this morning. So good to be home after being away for a month, but I already miss being with our daughter in CO. Little Huck is becoming more aware of his surroundings and it's so cool to see him study things. The wonderment of babies is fascinating to watch. We made a quick trip to see Miles tonight. Wow, he's getting so big so fast. Mike picked up a toy kitchen set from Craigs List and I ordered cookware and play food for him to cook. He was having such a great time with it! Hope he grows up to be a great cook! Today we found out that our little man is graduating to the 2 yr old class at his daycare! Sheesh! Wasn't he just born??
That was not one of the choices!

Keep watching it builds.Been up since just after 12, and hardly seen anything... turned off all the house inside lights, the low-watt deck lights, sat on the deck with eyes closed (sippin' a Bud Light Lime) while waiting for the moon to finally set... hmpf... saw a few very faint ones, and one 'good' one so far... not nearly the 120-150 per minute that was forecast.
?? Googled it - no description for what the flavor is really like???
Until now, I never did any research on tarragon. I've never noticed any hint of anise, which I'm not fond of either. To me, tarragon is similar to basil, but sweeter. I have no clue whether the tarragon I use is French, Russian or Spanish. I definitely do not use it sparingly; I pile it on.Mild anise flav. Not bad if use sparingly <not a licorice fan here>...
First time I've EVER seen a DJI drone for a lower price than the price the manufacturer sells it for. DJI (also located in China), sells it for $1200, down from the original price of $1400. On the other hand, the package with 2 extra batteries is less expensive to buy from DJI than to buy from fasttech. The Phantom 4 has been in production since about April. It has some interesting features but the camera is the same as the one on the Phantom 3 Pro, which I already have.
oh that stinks. I just had a big bout with insomnia, 30 some hours, then finally slept.I can't sleep! I've laid down numerous times. I have to be up in 2 hours!![]()
