Humph! Clearly, you don't know our chihuahuas! Yes on the eager to love, but learn? If learning how to train me to pick them up counts, maybe ... [emoji38][emoji38][emoji38][emoji38]
Of course that counts! They train people better than people train them. Still training.

Thanks for pointing that out Deb, in my initial reaction I failed to take that into consideration. Reckon I could get Mike to post a notice that the location of the stinky spider seating section (AKA section PU) is subject to change according to the daily wind direction? :D

Done and done!

That statement begs me to pose the deepest of all possible philosophical questions, a true eternal mystery:
Have any of us ever "known" a cat?

IN the "biblical" sense? Not me!!
(You did pose it as a philosophical question, right?)

And that would be great - if mice respected boundary issues. Don't give a toss what the mice do outside - but they don't stay there - that's why the cat is inside. :D

Our 3 are in/out cats, although we do lock 'em in after dark. Too many coyotes and owls around. Sometimes one will bring in a present for us - hey, we provide them food, they like to reciprocate now and then!

Shortly after thanking them for the live present, all 3 will be stalking it, so no problems :)

Herding dogs and especially Terriers can bring lots of fun gifts...

Herding cats, otoh.... is like keeping an ECF thead on topic!

(Although we've had individual cats who follow us around the yard, and MIL's cat goes on walks with her - no leash, never gets more than about 10' away. Too darn cute! Little black cat and a 93 year young woman with cane.)

If you never heard the piccolo descant of "Stars and Stripes" played on TROMBONE, you can't say that no more if you listen to this. It blows my mind.

I HAVE to send this to my daughter. I just have to. I've heard her play the piccolo part in "Stars and Stripes" time and time again. I actually got the chills when I heard this on the trombone. BLEW MY MIND!!

She played trombone one year when she was in college.

Yepper! Ergo, my utmost respect fer da pheline line. Do dey roll in dead carcasses and spoor? Do dey hump your leg? Do dey poop in da 'commode' if it's full? Do dey groom demselves to da point of chuckin' up hair balls <ok, at least dey're self-cleansing>?

I would choose a kaynine over a pheline any day of da week. BUT, ya guys out dere, stop and think... especially dose wid double digit wedding anniversaries, who's da kaynine and who's da kitty? Actually, now dat I think 'bout it, probably more relevant fer dose dat haven't been fortunate to reach dat evasive goal!

Entertainin' comments and flaming encouraged...

Cats have one distinct advantage: Pest control. (I hate mice...) Even the lazier ones can't seem to fight their instinct to chase a moving object, especially an edible one.

My past phelines have offered offerings, not remaining evidence of a meal (obvious ..... in da pheline 'armor')!

But, But But chihuahuas are so cute and cuddly - you have to pick them up (LOL)...

... to save 'em from da phelines and any possible local rodents!

<crap... I'm in soooo much trouble here now...!>

Ok, dern it all, I lost my itaste VV4 today and hand to go to the B&M and replace it. Well I replaced it with an istick 20. They didn't have the 30 or the 50, so I ended up paying the same price for it that I can pay for a 50. Oh well...they gotta make money too:facepalm:
I knew I should have pulled that trigger!!!! Wasn't i just saying that yesterday dammit...ugh

How did you loose your VV4? If I may ask... Just keep in mind the 20 runs hot (never a problem for me) at first and be very careful of the 510 threads. I use mostly ego threaded toppers so put the 510/ego adapter on first thing and never take it off.

Welp....I had it in the pocket of my hoodie as I was walking out the door. Twisted over an ice puddle, and as I drove up the driveway reached into my pocket to pull my mods out and...out came the MVP and only the MVP...
Okay, turn around, back down the drive, look around the puddle area...nuthin'...back in the house and ransack the joint...nuttin...back out to the puddle and dredge it with a shovel, nothin again....THE VAPE GODS STOLE IT!!!!!!!
They are just evil:evil: pure evil...
There was no way I was waiting a week for shipping so....woo hoo....new (old) mod:). BTW (by the way for Bells:laugh:) 3 days is old for a mod on this porch

ahhh! That's awesome.

At our current posting rate I predict the "Porch 4" addition will be necessary in... 140.186916 days. :p

I was thinking we're off to a 'hardy' start. Over 400 posts in 4 days. Don't need any of the 'new math' at 100+ posts per day to figure 140-150 days and whoops there goes another new porch.

I was also thinking that at 100 posts/day and semi-retired likes analyzing data maybe he could create a daily synopsis post with the highlights of each days posting.

Ok, ok, I've had 'nuff re da iStick 20 'hot shot' stuff!

Dis reminds me of da genesis of VV PVs. "You said that 3.9 V with a 1.8Ω head/coil would do such & such and it's too hot!" Try incrementing from a lower V up till your tongue yells 'UNCLE' (btw, hopefully Willie is monitoring our 'new' porches'!). Too frackin' hot, back off a tad!

I'm not $pending $200 fer a PV dat 'may' pass reviewers' micro-measurements! Not all 'AlGorerhythms' can keep pace wid da 'Dancing wid da Vapors' expectations...

Whatever happened to droppin' da 'bakky, enjoying da freedom and peelin' one's self off da hype?

BTW, I'm just pizzed dat da 20W iStick hasn't dropped in price...

<I'm I da only grateful curmudgeon 'round here?>
