personal proof that you can get used to almost anything.
I average about 3 or 4 hours of sleep per night... I get off work, take a nap for 2 hours, then go to bed at 2 or 3 and get up at 6:30. total up to 6.5 hours/day
Last night, I went to bed at 1 am.. got up at 8 am.
took me 2 hours to recover from the groggy feeling of oversleep.

Nope, no babies thank anyway. Did my "uncle" duty for three of em and that was enough. Didn't have any of our own unfortunately. Reproductive problems and to poor to afford invitro and when we could to old to really want to. I admit nothing beats a newborn baby laying on your chest and falling asleep while your in your recliner. I did learn one good thing about other people's kids, you can give them back! :lol:

Ah yes! That's the best part. I was quite happy to hand Miles over to his Daddy today!

Yep, not enough sleep and to much is just bad for the system. While not always successful I try to let my body clock tell me when to take a nap or go to sleep and when to get up. Sometimes I think my body clock needs a battery upgrade, but I still try to listen to it...
