Oops, forgot to say good morning!
Need help from former MFS (MyFreedomSmokes) customers
Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?
Probably the nit-picker in me, but that poor girl on the left keeps breaking her arm! It suddenly gets shorter at the end of the GIF
She turns her head upward, and that shortens her arms. In case you're looking for sound logic in the previous sentence, it will be a futile search.Probably the nit-picker in me, but that poor girl on the left keeps breaking her arm! It suddenly gets shorter at the end of the GIF

You're not nit-picking, you're observant. OK, you're both.![]()

Believe me, I'd love to make you one and everyone else too. I soooooo want to go. I've upgraded my status from maybe to. . . if at all possible.one just for me.

I guess your where-the mid west ? We haven't really had much rain here in Ny.We have had lots of rain lately but it looks like the sun is here for a bit. Dad has already but on his overalls and gone out to clean the gutters. I'm just not going to try to keep up with him. My get-up-and-go sure takes a lot longer than his. Mine just says, "I'll get back to ya". bahahahaha
Hope everyone has a wonderful day. . . (oh, and hugs to you all)
After having ongoing stomach issues I decided to go gluten and sugar free about a month or so ago. I feel better, and I've lost 12 pounds. It wasn't as big an adjustment as I thought it would be, thankfully there are a lot of gluten free choices out there nowadays. I even found a pizza crust mix (Bob's Red Mill) that is pretty darn good, the gluten free pastas I've tried are pretty good too. I do miss a good 'ol slice of garlic bread or a nice hot biscuit, gluten free bread tastes just horrible to me and it's pricey, $5-$6 a loaf. The hardest thing has been giving up my beloved Cokes, almost as hard as giving up the cigs, there's just no substitution for them, I hate diet Coke. I mostly drink flavored sparkling water now.

That must smell heavenly and taste delish!!My mom uses Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Hearty Whole Grain Bread Mix and it's really good! After it cools, she slices it and freezes it in a single layer on a cookie sheet then puts it in a zip-lock bag. She always has fresh bread in the freezer. I actually prefer this to regular bread.
We finally got a little rain in areas last night. I know it was all around us, but my patio stayed dry.Dang, send some of that back to the northwest! While we're "normally" at about 2 1/2" at this time of the summer, reported last night that we're at.... 0.14!! Even the cedar trees are starting to turn brown![]()
And wow. That's amazing !! You lost 12lbs from cutting out sugar and Gluten -does that means nothing white also - like rice ,potatoes, flour etc. ? Soda I can get by without. But as for carbs.i have a hard time stopping. My mom uses Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Hearty Whole Grain Bread Mix and it's really good! So that wasn't much huh .We finally got a little rain in areas last night. I know it was all around us, but my patio stayed dry.

No it wasn't. We've had very little if any any rain in over a month & are under a burn ban. We didn't get enough to lift the burn ban. Lots of noise, just no rain. I'll have to water plants today. So that wasn't much huh .
