Probably the nit-picker in me, but that poor girl on the left keeps breaking her arm! It suddenly gets shorter at the end of the GIF
LOL.....I looked at it again, and I don't see that. Seems OK to me, but then again, a lot of things seem OK to me and actually aren't! LOL

We have had lots of rain lately but it looks like the sun is here for a bit. Dad has already but on his overalls and gone out to clean the gutters. I'm just not going to try to keep up with him. My get-up-and-go sure takes a lot longer than his. Mine just says, "I'll get back to ya". bahahahaha

After having ongoing stomach issues I decided to go gluten and sugar free about a month or so ago. I feel better, and I've lost 12 pounds. It wasn't as big an adjustment as I thought it would be, thankfully there are a lot of gluten free choices out there nowadays. I even found a pizza crust mix (Bob's Red Mill) that is pretty darn good, the gluten free pastas I've tried are pretty good too. I do miss a good 'ol slice of garlic bread or a nice hot biscuit, gluten free bread tastes just horrible to me and it's pricey, $5-$6 a loaf.
My mom uses Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Hearty Whole Grain Bread Mix and it's really good! After it cools, she slices it and freezes it in a single layer on a cookie sheet then puts it in a zip-lock bag. She always has fresh bread in the freezer. I actually prefer this to regular bread.
Dang, send some of that back to the northwest! While we're "normally" at about 2 1/2" at this time of the summer, reported last night that we're at.... 0.14!! Even the cedar trees are starting to turn brown

And wow. That's amazing !! You lost 12lbs from cutting out sugar and Gluten -does that means nothing white also - like rice ,potatoes,flour etc. ? Soda I can get by without. But as for carbs.i have a hard time stopping.

Good Morning, Porchers. Today will be a different day for me. I have an appointment at 1:00 to get my first tattoo. Nancy and I used to joke about getting matching tattoos, however, we could never decide on the tattoo to get together. So today I am getting a tattoo to commemorate her passing. I will be getting it on the underside of my right forearm. Here is the artist example of it. When it is healed I will post the finished product. Ya'll have a good day and I will try the HO later.

No it wasn't. We've had very little if any any rain in over a month & are under a burn ban. We didn't get enough to lift the burn ban. Lots of noise, just no rain. I'll have to water plants today.
