Tackle boxes are great for ecig supplies. I have one of these.
Amazon.com: Plano 1374 4-By Rack System 2-3750 Size Tackle Box: Sports & Outdoors
It has adjustable compartment so you can make them fit 15-30-50ml bottles. I keep one compartment for rebuilding 2 for juice one for DIY ie flavoring bottles small nic bottles needles etc and toppers in retirement or in waiting. The top holds qt size bottles or vg or pg kayfuns, attys, scissors, hemostats but it is fairly large.

Got that one, but it's not big enough to contain all my stuff...cabinet building on my todo list this spring. Lots of cleaning house (vape gear) to whittle down my stuff. :D

Mine are small. This: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Flambeau-Tuff-Tainer-Tackle-Box-with-Zerust-4007/16326921 Now my teas are in a four compartment slot. I am using them lidless. I have the juice, clearo, and flavorings all together, alphabetically arranged.

Great for batteries, may have to get one or two! :)

One's too big, others too small. :) I really like the big one but no idea where I'd put it!

I got a bunch of stands I made. One for mods, one for ego's n clearo's. One for juice, one for 30 ml juice, DIY liquiids... and more. I was thinking about makin one of those big ones but got too much and then... where the helk would I put it! I like to have the juice and mods sitting in front of my (dual) monitors. Just handy. And I can move em around easily.

Gotta wait til the temp stabilizes up to at least 1000 degrees below zero so I kin get to the garage and start building. Not to mention shake this incredibly brutal cold I seemed to have picked up. (I very rarely get colds)

But as a temporary thing, when you hit the stores for those cupcakes or cookies or what have you, the plastic containers with sections make a great temp tray for stuff. I have one from a fruit assortment thingy from sams club that works quite well. For now.

(yeah, I like yer avatar too, Lego!) :)

Ok, the work laptop is away for the day. Going to get ripped to shreds stuffing the cat in the carrier to go to the vet for a checkup, after that it's quality mad scientist time.

My zero nic percentage experiments went well so I am going to mix up a bunch of final 30s with nic and let those steep for a week or two. I can spend countless hours with music blasting mixing up this crap. Dulce de Leche/Raspberry/Clear Double Chocolate? Oh baby.

Lol thats a familiar creme brulee burner (torch) there ;)

Afternoon all! Wondered if any of you use the Smok Airflow Controller? I got it to protect the brass threads on a cheap clone, for which it works fine. Unfortunately, there is a gap between it and my tank. If I screw it up to meet the bottom of the tank, there is NO airflow. Any suggestions? Can I get a chrome washer or black rubber washer to take up the space, from Lowe's or Ace? Either would look fine, since the LT is black. Just wondered if anyone else had this issue and what they did about it.

I see there are others waiting on FT and no idea where their stuff is....me too, except mine went out Malaysia Post on the 15th and it says went to NY on the 26th. No change since then. Mine was also split into 3 shipments, no tracking on the other 2 yet, although FT says they went out, also Malaysia Post. I don't have an issue with the long shipping times. I do have an issue with FT selling stuff they don't have and it taking a month to get it before they can send it to you. I'm strange like that. When I give them my money, I expect them to have the item. I am so weird! Not like I tried to buy something 'out of stock', then I could understand. Oh well, this will be my last order for a long time, I made the order the day before Worker's Comp cut my income. No more orders for me until we come to a settlement. But I would really like to get what I ordered.

FT is so weird.. they split an order in two because of one item was restocking.. and now they are sent both the same time 0_0 Still in two separate packages ;/

ah well guess it will be a week before singapore post tracks it and a week long flight and a week between dimensions and space and time before they pull it back and it magically appears in customs ;)

I was in Lowes last year and saw a display of girly tool boxes, some were pink and some were purple. Jokingly...I told my friend that I'd definitely want the purple one. She gave me one for Christmas! I wondered what on earth I'd do with it...I have a manly tool box for my tools thank you very much. Welcome to the wonderful world of organized vaporphernalia!

I've only been vaping for about a month and I've just about outgrown it!

I'm quite happy with my ITaste v3's and MVP2's but all the Vapepocalypse talk does get me thinking to at least consider a "battery mod".

How about the "Smok Aluminum ACE Variable Voltage/Wattage Mod Device"?

It's price attracted me...the color ones are "on sale" for $29.95 with coupon "COUPONISM" => $26.99

It's VV, VW, has ohms checker and uses one 18650 IMR battery.

One review on the site says "I've owned a VAMO for about a yr. but got tired of the weight (with the 18650). Purchased a SID a couple months back and really like the light weight but not a great fan of the one button menu.
Saw the ACE on special and purchased one. Finally, a device with the light weight of a SID and the functionality of a VAMO."

Figure I'll get the 18650 Sanyo 3400mAh (Add $16.95) battery with it.

Any thoughts, ideas, other suggestions for my first "battery mod"?

Unfortunately that is how they work. Washers or o rings will also cut off airflow. Any topper that draws air through the 510 connection will have a gap. :( It will however protect your firing pin :thumb:

Oh well, I'd rather have the gap than strip the 510 threads.

I placed a FT order last week, my first. The tracking shows malaysia origin, destination unknown and status not found. Is this pretty standard?

It will stay that way for several days, on Malaysia Post. Then it will say it shipped to somewhere else. Mine said NY, 3 days ago. Nothing has changed since then. But it left FT 3/15 and left MP 3/26, supposedly. I haven't a clue and no one else seems to either, since nobody has responded to my ?? about Malaysia Post. So I'm just waiting.........

I agree. Those airflow controllers do work well but they aren't real cosmetically sound. :vapor:

That's ok, I'm more concerned about durability than cosmetics. I'd LIKE for the gap not to be there, but if it's necessary, so be it. I really like this little, cheap LT clone and don't want the brass threads to strip. I have 3 stripped eGo batts that won't hold a 510 device. Sux.

Here's a link to the search results for "SID" at madvapes. You'll see both sized tubes with and without the end cap. They also have the end caps separate but you save a bit if you get the tube and cap together.
Search results for: 'SID'
You could even buy a 18500 tube, end cap and easy head and get a 1100 mah eGo type mod with replaceable battery or add the easy head to the full sized SID tube to get a large lightweight 3000 mah eGo type mod.

Sent from my Nexus 7 using Xparent Purple Tapatalk 2

I ordered the SID, the 18500 tube and the easy head that also fits the ACE. I like options!

I have a bottle of "Noalox" by Ideal, and I put a dab on the threads with a q-tip, wipe the excess off, and it works like a charm.
Everything screws together like silk after it gets worked around in there.
Not like the ProVari, but still smooth.
I found it at Home Depot, but any hardware store that's of a decent size should carry it.
This bottle will last for the next 3 generations :?:
Sure takes the worry out of the lesser quality purchases.
I have Vamo's from FT, that are over a year and a half old, used daily, and work like new .. love-um
No threading problems, .. but I don't make of habit of forcing anything either.
Give it a try .. cheaper than a new mod
