It works, I waded to the mailbox and the cotton was there, did the wick and the routine. Using Nickoticket Wakonda, but I only filled it half way just incase I screwed it up. But it's working. Great flavor and pretty darn big clouds although I wasn't going for that. Had a slight drip out of the air holes on the side, got that sorted and all is good. :toast: Thanks all, really, sometimes it does take a village. The only negative is there is a bit of a gap between the tank and the Prothingie even with the ring on it. I am not going to lose sleep over that though. I used this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PT2bkmsNVmI providing I linked that right and all your tips. This guy is easy to listen to and very informative, if I can repeat this over and over I will be happy. So that and all your help got 'er done. I did get some pictures but I don't have one of those photo accounts and I can't see where you can upload directly

On the MVP2, the charger I got has a 30pin, a mini usb and a micro usb? I think you call it, but that doesn't matter cause it fits my Kindle cord plugged into an iPhone block no problem. One less thing to pack. On the screen, I figured it had a cover on it but couldn't find an edge, I will let it ride for a bit and maybe it will show itself in a while and I can peel it off. I have nails but I didn't find an edge. Other than that it's great. It has an iClear30s on it today with some Halo Voodoo in it.

Have a great evening all, cheers

Tracy

Wow, that's impressive! Just FYI...if you want to check your ohms or battery level on your MVP2 while it's charging, you can only do it once. Happy vaping! :vapor:

Congratulations! Concerning the bold, are you sure the Kindle charger is compatible with the MVP2? I know more than a few egos have vented by people using their cell phone chargers. Somebody with with more knowledge than me can explain it. Just want you to be safe.

Your sooo right .. stock up while you can ..they are "drug paraphernalia" you know :-x

That bit just punted me over the edge. I can see it now, "I used to smoke cigarettes but switched to vaping, now I'm hooked on hard core other stuff." At a complete loss as how you get from step two to step three.

It should be fine. The MVP regulates the charge, not the wall wart. Some overly very cautious people say to not go over .5 amp chargers, but I use a Amazon.com: Antec Quad Port USB Charging Station (UA4-25): MP3 Players & Accessories with 1 and 2 amp outlets with no problems at all.

After a very heated lively discussion on another thread I tried my VV v3s (same electronics as the MVP) on .5, 1 and 2 and there was no difference in charging speed or charging time and no heating on any of the above. Someone else had done much more detailed testing with the same results. You are going to have problems if the circuits in the device fail, but at that point I don't think it matters what the output of the USB is.

That's cool, and I kind of want one now, but it's only 21mm. I'm a little OCD about certain things, and putting a 21mm attachment on a 22mm mod Just Won't Do.
Didn't get one of these, but I did get a stand alone flashlight that uses 26650 battery or 18650 with an adapter, or double a, so I can use my mod batteries in it. And I have an excuse to have them when the vape police come by.

Yes, just samplers. I did not go on a shiny-itis rampage.....

I went to my favorite B&M and stayed for the party they were having. Free lunch, and some raffles :) Here's what I got in the raffles today....

Thank you. :) I defer to those who know. Better to make like Chicken Little than someone getting hurt.

Oh yeah, one month without a cigarette! I was getting frustrated for a few days there when all of my new coils were tasting burnt, but I upped the Ohms and got happy again. I miss the big clouds of vapor a little bit, but I'd rather have juice that tastes good. Now I'm vaping some DIY double chocolate with a bit of peppermint, and it tastes pretty good.

Great job PapaSloth! :vapor:

Samplers? They look like rows of clearo's to me.
There's a place here in Portland (Rose City Vapesters) with a juice bar. They have a bunch of Kanger Protanks set up with different flavors. They give you an iTaste battery and a sanitized drip tip, and let you go forth and sample whatever you want. It's a great idea. If you're like me, you hate to ask people "Can I try this? Can I try that? How about this one?" This works great, and the owner (Elton) will mix whatever you want up on the spot. I imagine the photograph has a similar setup.

Some of my collected vape gear over the last year or so.
image.jpg image.jpg
I started with a cig2o in February of last year. Didn't cut it, went back to analogs.
April I tried it again. Still not good! Let me see what's on the internet.
Found this forum and that ECBlends was just down the street. Cool, I can refill my cig2o with good juice! Let me try one of those (Pass through with a clearo).
Next trip a Ego, then a pro tank. Cool! Then more internet. That Tatro tank looks cool. Next, that would be good on a ProVari. That works good, wait, he said that mech's are better . I better find out for myself. That Stingray looks cool. Kayfun? What's that? Dual coils? Dripper's, vertical coils"........................ Patina?

And now do you see what happened?^

:glare: Yeah, that's not always a great side effect I've noticed

No joke, I realized my sense of smell had returned (with a vengeance) when my dog took a dump up wind from me.

It would be a nice setup here on the coffee table now that I think about it......

We need one right here on the porch railing. :D

That's a beautiful collection, and a heck of a lot nicer than a big bag of stinky cigarette butts! Nice job!
You bet ya!
About two years ago they cut a big incision in my groin to get to my clogged Femoral artery because smoking had destroyed the lining and it wasn't allowing blood to my leg enough. My calf was cramping a lot. Figured it was time to do something and Chantex wasn't working. Already a disabled vet, didn't need anymore problems.
Vaping IS a better alternative!!!
Vape on!!!
