She's posting on the BP and I imagine will post vaping stuff here too. We're convincing her that it wasn't because of her.
Thanks, Deb. I was on the BP yesterday and saw her post about changing to the BP. Made me smile knowing she would still be with us.

So, I poured out 20 mls of the dry juice to another bottle and added .5mls marshmallow. Then I poured out another 20 mls and added .5mls of EM. Both newly formulated bottles are "wetter," but the one with EM has a different flavor profile than the one with marshmallow (whose flavor was virtually unchanged). Marshmallow for the win!
I will have to try the marshmallow.

Nice to kick back with a juicy peach pie.
Juicy peach pie sounds good. Could you share your recipe?

I went to the recipe and noticed the simplicity, but I like it.

10% TFA Juicy Peach
8% FW Pie Crust

I was doing one fruit/one pastry tests and this one stuck out for its "juicy" feel. I have a lot on my plate of late, but, looking at it now, I wonder if a bit of "cookie" might be good for the sense of pastry.

I start at 5ml and and adjust and slowly increase the bottle size so I know that the ingredient mix stays equal with each other. I am vaping from a 50ml bottle, so it went well. I get the juicy peach flavor with a heaviness (pie crust). The pie crust is not distinct as a flavor, that is why I just thought of replacing some pie crust with cookie.

I thought about tartness, but to me, peach isn't. It is a recipe that can still be worked.

As to da FP/BP very recent 'drama', it's an old and ongoing 'challenge'. Many of us on da porches have been/are/will be 'guilty' of 'straying'.

Since our 'tex' was invoked in the issue, I'll go as far as to say that I think he would be quite disappointed in any discouragement for our new porchers from learning, contributing and becoming cherished members of our porch family!

He was a gentle, caring and patient soul that brought many of us here together. In appreciation of his efforts, we also should gently 'guide' each other to the proper porch without any chance of 'guilt' or misunderstandings!

With that said, we do have one hellava gathering here that I ever so much love and appreciate!

Thank ya'll fer bein' you...
JUP!! Very well said.

Marshmallow for the win!

Googlefu also turned up a tip for better (i.e., wetter and more complex) mouthfeel for fruit vapes: Inw Cactus. Several highly regarded mixologists on the-forum-whose-name-shall-not-be-mentioned suggested adding a few drops of Cactus (maybe 2/10 mls). Ima try it.
glad the marshmallow worked. I do have some of that. I had thought about getting some of the cactus, but never did.

I also read that FA Sweet Woodruff brings out the vanilla in vanilla. At this rate, I'll have about 300 flavors, each of which is used in 2 drop increments!
I do have some of this that a friend sent. we swapped some flavors with each other, but didn't know about it bringing out the vanilla. What type of ratio do you use the sweet woodruff in?

I just ordered one of the new Eleaf Pico squeeze (bottom feeder) mods with an included topper for $25 and change. I'll probably have it Wednesday, they have been pretty fast with previous orders.
I'm looking seriously at the regular pico 75w. Lots of folks love em. Gonna go watch a vid on em.

Who knows? Once I get back from Boston, maybe they'll have a sale on the ones I really want. I love those little things.
sorry they didn't have the one ya want. But yeah, we'll be having black friday and cyber monday sales before long. When are you going to Boston? That'll be so great for you!

Well, my daughter just told me that the price of tickets is going up. The wedding in Boston is October 21st. But, it's starting to look like we may not make it, not all 3 of us anyway. Between the rising prices on airline tickets and car expenses, we may have to pool all our money just to send one person, my grandson.

Crossing my fingers that the cars don't end up costing too much and that the price of tickets drops suddenly. Otherwise, we may not be going.

Try the cookie & add a few drops of Joy. It does wonders for pastries. Kind of a funnel cake thing. It doesn't take much per 30 ml. Just a few drops.

Vape it is very cstastrophic. There are several hundred thousand without power, lots of homes and roads destroyed. Look above at someone posted a link for Flagler beach. It's pretty typical of the whole coast.

Edit: oops the link wasnt here it was in another thread. But here it is

Hey have any of you guys bought a $100+ mod from FT. The one thing I am worried about is if it showed up damaged or worse yet got confiscated.

Pat,

Not $100 fer one item, but several orders at dat level.

If damaged, be prepared to take several pics to sent FT. Otherwise, no issues wid making a claim!

Confiscation is an unknown to moi...

Oh so it's an actual flavor? What does it do exactly. What is it for just pastries or what. 1st time I've ever heard of it.
It's a sweet, fried doughy flavor. Great for pastries -- brings out spice, vanilla and glazed notes. It also reminds me of yeast. Good stuff!

And if it's DOA and doesn't look damaged, you'll need a video of it not working. Which iz why I decided against anything but parts from FT. Not worth the aggravation.

That must be whats in this cinnamon roll I got from Liquid Barn. So far I am not really impressed with their flavors. Some people may like them but they taste artificial to me. The cinnamon roll I kinda like but just a little in some of my other flavors. I sort of like the cinnamon doughy taste but not by itself. I'm definately going to make my flavors lighter then I have been. It's amazing that the ones I made with only 2% to 2.5% flavoring I am filling the tank 1/2 way and then adding nic in a VGPG base so cutting them in half and they actually taste better. Plus they don't make my chest hurt. Somebody told me a long time ago that these flavors less is more if you know what I mean. I made my test flavors today atabout 1.25% but the caramelized nuts I added .5% Creme Charlotte which is what I add to their caramel and it comes out really good.
