Bbbbut, what's the point of that?
You're right; 3 is overkill, but I have an explanation. I have one next to my bed, one on the arm of the couch and one at my computer desk so that I don't have to carry one with me when moving from one of those locations to another. I also have TV remotes in the same 3 locations. If I ever decide to increase it to 4, it will be so that I can have one on each couch arm. The way it is now, I have to move the vaping device and TV remote to the other arm whenever I flop the direction that I'm lying on the couch.

I had quit vaping for six months but really started missing it so I'm back again. This makes three times I've quit and each time I gave away all my stuff so vape mail is inbound from about four different online sellers at this moment.

Had to get another work vape : Pico + Nautilus. Got a Sapor V2 and some kanthal + KGD coming as well. I did keep my Coil Master and tweezers and stuff so I should be back to fogging up the house next week some time. Until my stuff gets here I'm using a Joyetech eGo AIO right now with my old standby, Mr E Liquid RY4. It's not the best vape but not bad for the price. It sure beats what I started vaping with.

What do I need to stock up on and how long do I have before prohibition begins?

I hope everyone has been doing well. Lots of familiar screen names, I see. Nice to visit the Porch again.

Almost forgot the most important part: Smoke free for 2.5 years thanks to vaping. :w00t:

Hi, Metal! Stop giving your stuff away! If I ever quit I'll let go of batteries after awhile, & everything else will be stashed & frozen. Just in case. You only have until August I think. Unless we catch a break.

That's a neat idea! I might try that myself! But I do have a couple questions for clarification: When you're done wrapping the coil, you have to unscrew it then, to get it off the screw, right? It won't just pull right off easily like on a non-threaded nail or mandrel? (I'm assuming the threading on the screw isn't really fine or tight, and might require the unscrewing to remove it.)
Yes, I unscrew them, a quick and easy thing to do.

I wrap maybe 4 coils at a time & put them on a big safety pin & latch it. I have several safety pins & keep them in an Altoids tin. When I'm going to be gone for days I just pack the tin of coils & one of cotton.

I like that idea, much simpler than a pill bottle and they won't be as apt to get tangled together. Now all I need to do is dig through my wife's sewing what-not's and see if I can find some safety pens.

Holy cow. I've got 3, usually with the same joose in all of them.
I had you figured as having more than just 3 mods in the rotation.

I rotate seven, each with a different flavor. I have always been a flavor-flitter.

Here's the low tech solution. PT coils. I think there were about 250 when I took this pic.

Morning folks! I read this thread a lot but rarely post, but all the posts about coils really has peaked my interest. I have Reos that I use at times and I stocked up on Kayfun for the days when I might not be able to get blister packs. Unfortunately my arthritis is getting worse and after reading here I have decided to make a bunch of coils and use my RTAs while I can still build coils and see well enough to wrap those legs! I think the blister packs will be better a few years down the road.
Looks like I need to make a run to Wally World for Altoids and safety pins :)

That was my thought too. Arthritis in my knuckles, and dodgy eyes. I've got enough PT coils to last forever now. I'm planning to start on Kayfun and Lemo coils next, but I haven't quite decided what coils to use. And I want to make them with the bends for the screws already done. That's the hardest part for me.

Hi, chillicat! Getting a jump start is good planning. I have RA & have to use needle nose pliers at times. They almost work like fingers to grasp the wire with.

I wrap a coil when I need one. Takes all of about 3 minutes.

I normally have 6 sitting here by the computer. 3 with RDAs & 3 with carto tanks.
I have a mod stand (actually a tooth brush holder from Wallies) over by the recliner. When I kick back to watch TV I take whatever mod(s) fit my fancy at the time.
When I lay on the couch, vaping is about the last thing on my mind. Zzzzzzz -snort-Zzzzzzzz

What's funny is that I don't even seem to be able to go to the kitchen to get a coffee refill without a PV in my hand

    tj,

So can relate! Da only time I can recall being widout a PV in over six year was on a 'bride down' alert! Thankfully I did have one in my pocket when I got hauled off to da ER on my last alert attempted 'rescue'...

At least now my daughters know where and what to gather if I ever get 'medically involuntarily incarcerated' again!
