I have an older escribe I'll hook up my hcigar and see what I get and share it with you.
Need help from former MFS (MyFreedomSmokes) customers
Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?
No, it's a dna 250. No offense, but you're not understanding that my mod is broken. All the profiles in the world are not going to make it fire. I do know how to use the software on a WORKING mod.... I'm not as familiar with it as you are but I can find my way around. My mod is broken.Well duh it has the password right there for you to get to all the different profiles. it is dna200 and they have a ton of them.
You have to make sure that the battery setup is the same as what I have 2 cell, 22.2 Wh if you have 3000mAh batteries and if you see the cell soft cut off that is where you put what you want the batteries to run down to before it cuts off. If you get the .csv file from the site for the batteries you are using, then you use load csv file and it will take you to file manager and pick the file you DL then save profile then upload to mod.I figured out how to download the .csv files for the battery kind of a round about way but it seems the way I do everything with the DNA's. When on Manufacturers mode and go to the mod tab in Escribe this is what your set up should look like for 2 batteries.

Well that's crazy. I figured I had no business going into the Researcher or Manufacturer settings. To get to manufacturers mode choose Options>UserInterface and select Manufacturers
Then you will have access to all the settings.

No you did several times and when you go into the Mod tab it is set for LiPo 2 cell correct?Well that's crazy. I figured I had no business going into the Researcher or Manufacturer settings.
Still, there's nothing there that's going to make my mod stop reading "Cell 1" as having a 0.01 volt charge, or that's going to make it read atomizer resistance, or that's going to make it able to fire.
I probably forgot to mention it before, but my mod is broken.![]()
I think thats what some of the vendors think too.I figured I had no business going into the Researcher or Manufacturer settings.
That is correct. No you did several times and when you go into the Mod tab it is set for LiPo 2 cell correct?
I gotta wonder why the seller should be responsible for setup. In my opinion it should be done at the factory.Sorry Dave I get a little carried away on a DNA. But I do know that some come not set up. I don't know if it's lazy sellers or what but those settings I showed you are the same if it a DNA75 or 250 aor any for that matter. It's like they figure it's not important, really ticked me off when I got mine and it didn't work right at all. I thought it was defective but it was just a few settings.
They still do, but you're not listening again. I can get a replacement for the broken Therion from the seller, and he paid for return shipping. I think I can get a replacement for the HCigar from the seller, but if I have to pay for trackable shipping back to China, I'll take advantage of Evolv's one year guarantee instead.Dave me thinks you have a broke mod. Or did you figure that out. I would contact Evolve, I've heard of people getting them replaced no matter how far out of warranty they are. They used too really stand behind their boards.
Mine too. It's really a big deal for someone just used to taking a mod out of the box charging it or putting batteries in and using it especially a DNA. I had 2 that weren't set up 1 HCigar and 1 Lavabox that I bought directly from Volcano. Both my Lost Vapes were close but you know what they say about that. I had to take a quick course in DNA's. I was really disappointed but was really happy after it was dialed in. And as far as these Chinese mod I have read post after post that they got theirs with wires not connected which could be your problem but stuff like that, that for me isn't good, I can't just take one apart and re solder. As far as that goes I also heard of guys taking their boards out and sending them to Evolve and they replaced it right away but not something I would have any idea how to do.I gotta wonder why the seller should be responsible for setup. In my opinion it should be done at the factory.
You haven't noticed that before if my brain is engaged my ears are not and visa versa. Same problem I have with my mouth. Like my wife says I can only do 1 thing at a time if I try more I forget what I'm doing with the 1st. Definately no a multi tasker. They still do, but you're not listening again. I can get a replacement for the broken Therion from the seller, and he paid for return shipping. I think I can get a replacement for the HCigar from the seller, but if I have to pay for trackable shipping back to China, I'll take advantage of Evolv's one year guarantee instead.
