jup, had commented on part of amoret's post and forgot this part........I also hate absurd shipping, and the folks charging that oughta be ashamed of themselves!
It could be sent priority, including a charge for packaging, and still get there cheaper.

That shipping is a bit expensive. You can get four ounces for about $2.40 more and not have to order as soon. I know they say you should chill or "freeze" flavors but for $2.40 it might be worth experimenting with storage. Also, they ship USPS for PO Boxes and something else, you could ask if they ship USPS instead of UPS if that was cheaper. I hate getting gouged for shipping. :grr:

Where did you buy the dishwasher? Perhaps they could swing by when they're in the area and do it. For Free. Good PR goes a long way but it's also the right thing to do. Didn't get it at a Lowe's per chance did you? If you did, my husband could kick them into gear. :D If it has to be wired in instead of just a plug, they can't do that.

Yeah, the shipping is steep. I already sent them a message asking exactly how they shipped, because I have to have the delivery address right. I can do the PO box for USPS, but I prefer UPS if I get any choice.

I was already figuring on at least two ounces, but I'm a little nervous about matching to the Earl Grey I've been using - especially after spending the last two weeks trying to create it out of black tea and bergamot. (one attempt tasted a lot like weak instant tea with tang stirred in. I'm hoping that steeping will help.) I'm also hoping that all of the different forms of Earl Grey that they have turn out about the same. ecigexpress where I'd been getting it didn't have a clue which version they'd been selling. But it is the closest thing I have to an "all day vape" so having more on hand isn't a problem.

The dishwasher does involve wiring in the basement. That's the problem, especially since I like to do wiring right, which is going to involve dividing one circuit into two, and putting the correct size and type of junction boxes in. The existing plumbing and wiring in this house are all what is called "farmer" plumbing or wiring around here. It gets the job done and is usually safe - which, of course is also my plumbing and wiring style - I just prefer that anything I do at least meets current code. I was thinking about hiring someone for the circuit work, but the problem is finding one that is willing to ignore the rest of the wiring for now.

jup!! and unless businesses have to pay because they use so many, priority boxes are free from the PO, and so are rolls of priority tape. It's crappy tape, but they'll give it to ya lol

keepin my fingers crossed so far no leaks :)
yay! Do you like it so far?

I've been thinking about getting those, but I seriously hate that dt. And it doesn't say if something else can be used, or if that is the only one it will take. I know that some require the tip that comes with it. Has anyone gotten one of these from them?

I think you already got the answer that any drip tip can be used.

What batteries do those use? I don't want to get something I have to get different batteries for.

The Radius uses 18650 flat top batteries.

Frum wut I unnerstant... rule #1. Always let a batt set for at least a half hour before charging. Or so they tell me.

Never heard that one ... but I do not take a batt from the charger and put it in use w/o resting it.

I glue the wick to the positive & negative block & just touching the floor of the base. Well away from the grooves. Every puff pulls more juice in & it kinda puddles there at the ends of the wick to soak in ready for the next puff. I do the wick then put the chimney base on, peek to make sure the wick didn't shift, & put the chimney on. If I put the base on, then trim & tuck the wick I often have issues. The other way I don't.

Yep -- I do it pretty much like this too. I found it to be more consistent then cutting the bunny ears and stuffing them down into the chamber.

are the 2 little flat head screws on the bottom for air flow control ? or should i keep them scewed all down tight ?

2 screws? usually there's one small screw for air flow and a larger one for filling? Do you have 2 screws the same size?

My V1 is like that: one screw for airflow, one screw for adding juice. But, my V2s have 2 airflow holes instead of one.

With either version, I just remove one airflow screw and leave it out.

My bad, I thought you'd found the flavor/brand you had been using. Little surprised EcigExpress doesn't even know what they were selling. It's so frustrating when you find what you really like and then they discontinue it. Happens to me with just about everything. The shipping info is squirreled away at the bottom of the page. http://www.naturesflavors.com/cpg10/service-and-support/pg45/shipping-delivery/

My parent's last house was an old farmhouse. City eventually grew out around it. Built before electricity was available, wired later. I know zero about wiring but it was interesting to see how they had sort of "winged it" installing it. Couple of times they had to have an electrician come in and they were just mesmerized by the old wiring. Small fortune in copper in that house. Maybe you can put blinders on the guy doing the work? Or maybe duct tape over the other stuff.

Trip is doing well. He's not up to 100% yet, but he's off meds, eating (canned food and some dry), running and playing some, head's still not on straight. But all in all doing well. The reports I've read on sever ear infections say it could be up to 2 months to get over, so we're encouraged and hopeful.
Thank you

I have never worried about it. Outta the mod, into the charger. :)
This is likely only a concern if you are pushing the battery close to it's limit when it reaches the end of it's charge.
If it is quite warm from use and then you fast charge it. Maybe not so good for the battery.
It is mostly about heat.

That's wonderful! Yay Trip!
At the risk of having someone say I've now entered 2012 :), a Kabuki tank arrived today. It takes Nauti BVC coils and produces the most flavorful vape I have ever experienced. Ever. Ever. I'm stunned.
2012?! I'm still in 2011. I think. When did the Davide come out?

Gary is a troublemaker (just sayin')
If my batteries are gettin' 'quite warm' chargin' ain't my first issue. I'm a Tootle Puffer!
