A few days ago, I stopped at an Amish peddler's stand. He had honey. Made a comment about it needing a hot bath. He thought my emotion at childhood memories was cute. I just could not resist buying a pint at $8.

Yummmmm!! I'd have prolly bought a coupla pints, myself. ;) It's funny how certain things bring back childhood memories. :)

I grew up on PB & Karo syrup sammiches. :D

Hmmmm... might have to give that a try! I can find decent honey around here, but it still ain't the same as gettin' it outta yer own hives.

Love fresh honey. Course, it depends a bit on what kinda pollen the bees have access to.

Absolutely. We had a coupla different hives in different locations. Each one had its own distinct flavor... the one closest to the house was my favorite. Very close to blackberry bushes and the watermelon patch. ;)

I've always loved peanut butter and honey together... something from my childhood. Mama used to make peanut butter and banana sandwiches... I hated bananas. So, for me, she'd make peanut butter sandwiches with a bit of fresh honey. I LOVED those things... still do. I just don't have such easy access to truly fresh honey any more. If we ever manage to move out into the country again, I'm definitely going to set up a few bee hives!

Our Mom used to use honey or maple syrup or jam/jelly. I wasn't crazy about pb even then, but pb & honey is delish!

I love peanut butter, period. Same with honey. Just have to be really careful with TFA's Honey because it's a strong flavor that can easily overpower a juice recipe. I learned that when I was playing with the Honeyed Pear recipe...

<--- likes honey on Brie, Manchego and certain goat cheeses. :)

ETA: Had to double check. Yup, this is the Front Porch... With that in mind, never did like honey vapes!

Honey vapes can be good. I've had more than a few that were awful. Too much honey flavoring, and the scent gets stuck in your nose for hours...

That being said, honey with certain cheeses is a wonderful combination. But my absolute favorite thing with honey was to put it on fresh, homemade biscuits and fried rabbit for breakfast... MMMMMmmmmm... that was always my "special request" breakfast when I was a kid. Mama would just smile and tell me to go get some rabbits... LOL

I use TFA Black Honey tobacco in several of my blends. Adds a nice sweet note with some body to it as well.

Oh, @LittleBird , I haven't forgotten about you. I saw that you got the new BB and I'm trying to figure out how to get an adapter made for it to be able to use the 0.9Ω cCell ceramic coil heads. I'm working on tearing apart an old carto and modifying it to work for ya... if I can figure it out, I'll let ya know. :)

Still waitin on that recipe when you get to it, or get it right. :)

Love brie, but haven't had honey on it, I'm sure that would be great. Never tried manchego, but it's on my list of things I want to try

Kaz, thanks so much, but no need. Atmystique came out with new "bridges" for Aspire and Kangar coils - including the STM rebuildable. I'm loving them!

:) Okay, if you're sure. I may still play with building the cCell bridge... might be able to rejuvenate my old carto tanks, if I can get it to work. ;) I'm a huge fan of the ceramic doohickeys now... they are the only replaceable heads that I've been able to get a month's worth of use out of. And the flavor is just phenomenal!

Sounds good, you'll probably have to play with the ratios a bit if you're using different flavor manufacturers, but that'll give ya a good starting point. :)

I CAN'T FIND IT :censored:
Way back, someone posted (Mike ??) a program that you could enter your percentages into, and it told you how much of this or that to add, .. to increase or decease the nic, or flavor, etc, in your juice.
I have a bunch of sample flavors with 0 nic, and I want to add some nic to them.
I had it saved, and I've spent hours going through "stuff", and can't find it.
That thingy was worth it's weight in gold

If anyone has it, and can pass it on, I would really appreciate it.
It will save me hours, playing around with my calculator.
