Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Why, oh why, did they make it a 23mm diameter? My 'fattest' mech, a Poldiac, is just 22.6mm. I'm a little OCD about having a topper wider then the mod.

I hear that. I'm not saying you should pick up a 23mm Caravella Clone from FastTech for $16.75, but I bet a Lemo would look pretty awesome sitting on top of one.

Also, the knurled ring at the base of the Lemo should look fine on a slightly smaller diameter mod.

Can you give us a link to the exact one you bought? Some of the clones work really well, others are not as good. Generally, if you have a problem with wicking, you can just add a little distilled water to the juice to thin it out, or if you're good with tools, you can use a drill press or dremel to deepen the channels. Or, just lower the wattage a little, and you'll be fine.

Here's a comparison photo that someone else posted:

The one on the left looks really good, the one on the right is not so good, but probably is still OK.

I give up. I see slight differences, but why is the one on the right not so good aside from the gunky coil (and channel going through threading)?

New recipe for today, Dragon Cream Swirl modified from E-Liquid-Recipes: Dragon Cream Swirl:

  • 3.4ml Dragon Fruit (TPA)
  • 0.6ml 5% Ethyl Maltol in VG
  • 2.1ml Sweet Cream (TPA)
  • 1.5ml Vanilla Swirl (TPA)
  • 4.0ml 100mg/ml nic in VG base
  • 19.4ml VG

Nice custard/cream flavor with a mild citrus dragon fruit flavor.

It's the channel where the juice flows. It's narrower, not cut as deeply, and the bottom half of the channel doesn't match up very well with the top half of the channel. That means the juice won't flow as well every time you take a puff, and the wick might dry out and give dry hits if you vape at too high of a wattage.

Okay, I can pick that up now. Now that you've pointed it out. Thought it was funky lighting. :p Thank you.

If it's an authentic, I'd certainly expect it to work properly :) I bet your juice channels look like the picture on the left.

Yup, pretty much. Ummm, and I dunno a drill press or a dremel. Sounds like I don't want to, either! I'll let y'all know how it goes, tomorrow :)

With the Christmas season on us, your package is likely to eventually get there. Have you ordered from MFS before? Do you know where the sorting facility is that handles Aussie shipments? Maybe they are just waiting for the container to fill. Or maybe it is caught up in customs in Australia. Do you know where that is?

This time of the year, I wouldn't be worried about nine days.

I was going to say the same thing. During this time of year you can be considered lucky if you get tracing number and even luckier if you get it before Christmas. These delivery folks are BUSY this time if year.

i'm way over budget on mods. Last month I bought a 'real' Nemesis from the classies. And a couple weeks ago, I got my 'unicorn'. MMVapors had 1/2 price sale on the Poldiac Classic and threw in all 3 tube sizes too. I couldn't pass it up. I got the Cloud Wizard model an have been happily and pleasently vaping it and the Nemy almost exclusively since getting them. Who needs all those circuit boards to get a decent vape? :vapor:

I've got a couple HCigar Nemy clones that I thought were pretty good. But the real deal is sooo much nicer. And the Poldy is a real hard hitter. It has a side button that can be setup either at the top of bottom of the main tube.

The Lemo would likely match up pretty good w/ the Cloud Wizard, it's 22.6mm.

Have any of you experienced this. I've noticed on all my KFL plus V2's (originals). When I fill them I get some dry hits at first, No biggie just put my finger over the air hole and take a couple of pulls, have to do that 2 or 3 times but then it will start pulling enough juice up. They have done this since new and the all do that excepts for my clone and of course my V4 which is flawless. Just curious if any others have noticed that. I fill them through the bottom screw tilted slightly just till the glass is covered so there is a nice air bubble when I turn them over.

I too have to do that. Mine is a clone though. I found that to avoid that just don't fill it quite as full. Needs a little bigger bubble of air to draw the juice up right.

Tell me more about this air bubble, if you please. When I fill it, do I just need to leave a bit of room? Say, .5ml's worth? And, I can't hold it square to fill it? Remember, this'll be more first experience with it. Thanks!

Legs, thank you. Technical difficulties? Might that be sun, sand and ocean? I'd be jealous but it's going to take him a long time to catch up. :D

There is an interesting poll going on. The results are a bit surprising so far. Takes less than a minute to fill out and you can see the updated results on Twitter. Thread is here. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...2-new-vaper-survey-make-your-voice-heard.html

I wish. For some reason Tap-a-talk wouldn't access the forum. It was almost like the forum was down. I finally accessed it thru the regular Web interface. Today Tap-a-talk accesses it like nothing was ever wrong. I think the mods updated the Tap-a-talk plug in or something. Glad they did (if they did). I don't have Internet service other than 4G from my cell phone provider. Doree doesn't really doesn't want to set up our Internet account until we actually move down here.

I hold mine straight bottom up when I fill it and leave a hair less than a quarter inch unfilled. Even at that sometimes I still have to do the block the air hole thing once in a while but, not nearly as often as when I fill almost all the way.

With my R91's (pretty similar to the KFL), I hold it upside down, (fill hole is on the bottom). And just add juice 'till I see it fill to the level of the clear section, maybe a squirt more. I don't really know how much air space I'm leaving - but it's worked fine for me doing it this way.

Have tracking number and MFS email said it was shipped - just the tracking info still says shipping label created and no updates after 9 days now.
Longest a package has taken has been 4 weeks -Though usually 2 weeks to get here.
Though this is first with no updates.

Hey Wolf I think something went wrong. Are you sure you didn't recieve an extra email maybe in your junk mail. I ordered my stuff from them on Sunday, shipped on Monday received on Thursday. Thats the states but there should be more like Received in Charlotte and departed Charlotte.

Yep I do the same with my KFL's. I do it on a slight angle and there is a good sized bubble when I turn it over.

I am at 6 tanks of RY4 on my KF V4 and the coil still hasn't gummed up. It is starting to taste a little different so think I will rewick it and dry burn it tonight or tomorrow. Hey how do you guys like those Isticks and do any of you use the Lemo or Lemo drop. It looks like a good setup for a standby and trying out different flavors. Still haven't made the Pirates Booty. After hearing from Papa my new combo will be 20ml of my Strawberry, Vanilla cupcake with .5ml of Ripe Banana, .5ml of Cotton Candy. That is just over 2%of each. I now have all my juices at 2mg nic. I was going to poor 100ml of my older nic into a glass bottle and freeze it but I decided just to keep it refrigerated. Seems to be doing ok had it for about 8 months now. Froze my new bottle of nic from MFS for later use. That is my emergency if the FDA does anything crazy. If they do maybe UW will sell me 100ml. Since it is 100mg it makes it so easy to mix. Just use 2ml per 100mlof juice.
