Well I found out I can keep my bank accout here and live in Idaho. If this guy pulls this over it just might be a choice. Also I have a lot of friends in Idaho, if I had it sent there I could drive there in 45min and pick it up but if I used my debit card it would have a WA address. Might have to think of something else. Moving wouldn't be that bad. For now I'm making my list and checking it twice. I can get my flavors in 32oz size. Wouldn't take much more nic to be good. Get another V4 and P3 a couple hundred feet of Kanthal I don't think they can stop that. Have to get the wife on rebuildables won't be able to buy heads. They can't stop batteries. God one more thing to worry about. They could put a full service vape shop in Post Falls or Coure d'Alene Idaho with high end stuff and nic.

I wonder how good a chance this budget has of passing. Provarinati will become non existant.

Probably not to much as is. MBV, ProVape and one other big company (I think) are all based in Washington. NJOY will also have a stake in this.

Batteries, wire, flavors, PG and VG should also be okay since they are used in so many things. California was going to ban mail order too but was taken out. I see no way they can control the mail. If they try, the rest of us will be happy to receive and forward it to Washington folks.

Provari for $100 (or $125 with 9 batteries). LP REO Grand for $130.(

Does that mean that if I just wait, the temptation will go away?

Just don't go dere!

I should get a tax refund on that broken bottle of nic solution!

They'll just subtract your refund from your EPA 'super fund' clean up expenses. IOW, you'd have to write a hellava lot more and longer posts!

One other thing about this whole insanity. My local vape shop is perfectly happy to sell me $10 worth of merchandise for $40. I know, because I've bought a few items locally that I haven't wanted to wait for shipping on. If you add a 95% sales tax on top of that, and then force everyone to shop locally because internet sales have been banned, it's really more like $78 for $10 worth of merchandise. That makes me cranky.

I'm not sure what the real shelf life is for flavors, but TFA says "at least 6 months." That probably means a couple of years... But who knows? I wouldn't want to end up with 20oz of rancid strawberry.

I had a few flavors that I had for over a year - I was keeping them in a cool dry dark spot and some of them changed in color so even though I did not notice a difference in taste I threw the balance away. They were mostly used so no real loss.

We have only one local vape shop and his prices are very close to online prices (he also has an online store). His B&M prices are probably 15% higher at most... Some are the same or so close you would need to search for a better price. Now, he is not going to beat a Co Op.

I think it's phony story being put out by Provape to sell more P3's.

Although, if I play my cards right, I might convince Janet to let me get one. The last time there was a scare in WA, Janet did buy herself another Provari.

I do not think Janet will buy the story - Since you publicly announced your devious plan on a public forum that she is also a member of!!!

Here is what may be in store for Washington residents, and the rest of us if we're not careful.

This proposal would impose the following new tax and regulations on ecigarettes
and vapor products:

• New excise tax on vapor products at 95 percent of the taxable sales price (generally the taxpayer’s purchase price), collected by the Department of
Revenue from distributors.

• Vapor products would be defined to include all e-cigarettes, e-liquid and stand-alone vaporizing paraphernalia, even if the product does not contain
nicotine.

• Distributors and retailers of vapor products would have to be licensed with the Liquor Control Board (LCB) and comply with recordkeeping and
audit requirements similar to those applicable to the other tobacco products (OTP) tax.

• Internet sales of vapor products directly to consumers in Washington would be banned.

Do they tax BP products at 95%? Do these politicians even take into account that some people live way out in the boonies and getting to a vape store isn't even possible for them? I fully expect California to be at the head of the line with stupid ideas just like this in a month or two. Grrrrr

Oh, full text here http://ofm.wa.gov/budget15/highligh...2_Excise_tax_on_e-cigs_and_vapor_products.pdf and saw it posted by Bill Godshall here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...apor-products-increasing-cig-tax-50-pack.html

Exactly how do they ban Internet sales?

5. 2 Lemo's 2 Lemo Drops
6. 3MVP 2.0's

Is PG VG Premixed used for anything else?
I am also wondering about flavors.
I belong to CASAA and Vaping Militia and haven't seen anything there.
I am probably jumping the gun but this is in the 2015 Budget and I am wondering if there is a way of ordering and having it delivered to Idaho I don't think I could use my debit card cause it bans all internet sales to a resident of Washington State.
If I had all that most of the stuff will last for a long long time. That is around $1300 plus shipping

Pure PG and pure VG should remain easy to get, since they're used for so many things. You can always mix your own, so that wouldn't worry me too much.

I also think it's unlikely that there will be any kind of regulation of food flavorings, though that one is trickier to predict.

Stocking up on nic and hardware, particularly consumable hardware, strikes me as a really good idea. You have coils listed, but do you have enough Kanthal and rayon/KGD to last a while?
