On the contrary, Papa. Food flavorings, to me, are the major problem. Remember butter flavor is great to eat but potentially deadly to inhale.

The KGD and other cottons are cosmetic supplies so they won't go away or be targeted as vaping supplies. Even you guys can claim you are buying for your girls (whether you have a 2 legged one or not!) 
While agitation is not only appropriate and desired, what's being referenced is the Governor's proposed budget. The State legislative session is still a ways off, and there are already pols of the other party taking deep exceptions to what's seen as bad for business.
It's a long way from being "law", there's major opposition in many areas against tax increases, and we do need to start getting ready now to contact all the right people. It's very similar (haven't done a side by side reading) to the bill that failed last year in relation to the ecig industry and consumer, even to the "ban internet sales." Uh, I thought the ICC of the Feds regulated interstate commerce... silly me.
Oh, and we don't have a state income tax, so they can't make us declare our purchases there. Yet.

I've been on the Porches very sporadically over the last week. Mom is being very demanding every time I try to sit down & log on. It's like as soon as she hears me clicking she wants me to do something, or go somewhere for her. She has spells of this & it just wears me out! I do have a little vapity stuff going on, tho. A friend on another thread gifted me this:
I just received it today & am completely blown away by her generosity! She included a Sony VTC4, & the KFL+ v2, 28g Kanthal, screwdriver, a needle (16g, I think) for wrapping coils, & rayon for wicking! She even had a coil already in it for me! Now I need to figure out the rayon wicking. I have a few pads of KGD, too. I'm hoping Santa brings me gift cards so I can get an Ohms meter, (need recommendations, please), more KGD, more Kayfuns probably.....what am I forgetting? Battery charger....what & where can I get batteries to replace the Sony VCT4 or 5? I'm waaaaaaaaay under even 20 watts so I guess 4's would be ok, that's what she sent with it.

I'd be interested to know what you think of a lemo in relation to your big buddha for air flow.
Keeping in mind though you currently vape lower Ω and higher watts than I do.

Im going to have a go at DIY -- mum she is stuck on Nicquid juice. though she has and is willing to try others but always after she is low on her liquid which has only been a couple of times in the last few months.
Also i tell her when she tries a new flavour to use a new clearomiser or you maybe getting the flavour mixed up with the previous one and she doesn't want more than 2 clearomisers on the go at one time.
Played around with the wick on the lemo last night and well messed the coil so Today I built a new one. tried for 1.4Ω and ended up 1.2Ω.
Yesterday I followed the gauge and wraps and such and it came out different and when I tried to see what happened it added up to a leg length of 27mm.
Today also following everything the 1.2 worked out to a leg length of 20-22mm.
I suspect I still need to master the wick. Can get it right but not all the time , most pics of them seem to have more cotton at the ends and for me to replicate that seems there would be a lot more cotton in my coil. When i have what seems to be a comfortable amount that goes through the coil the ends seem thinner than in most pics - even with some fluffing.

Hey, your recipe sounds pretty good.
I've tried (still working on it) a strawberry cream type of recipe too.
Basically I'm trying to imitate the FW Moo Juice, or whatever they call it.
It, isn't really that good to me, but I intend to make a good one from their idea.
Ok, you know I'm still testing solo flavors, and I just loaded up 2ml of LA Mango in the Vamo ...not bad, has a nice flavor, I didn't add any sweetener to it.
So, if HS Mango gets expensive or hard to find, give the LoAnn's a try. If anything, it runs a close 2nd place, ...mixed, you wouldn't tell the difference. Yummy
It's basically the same thing they tried in Ca. ...so I would say IF either Ca, Or. or WA gets it passed, so goes the west coast.
Seeing as how they are trying to create laws about a product they know absolutely NOthing about, who knows what they could come up with

Simple ... just make it against the law for anyone in Wa to buy over the net, and watch every supplier act like they never heard of you.
They are NOT about to get hefty fines for breaking the law if they get caught.
They can't stop us from trying to order, but they can sure scare the pants off of anyone wanting to sell to us.
OK, maybe I'm pushing it, but I bought the larger sizes of flavors I like and threw them in the freezer.
It's PG or alcohol based, and doesn't freeze totally, or swell up....just like the "nic" we store
I figured it would work, or all the frozen food in the grocery store would be tasteless
That's what they are after .. forcing you to buy in state, so they get the revenue.
Where's the "freedom" when they can tell you where, when, and how to buy, or spend your money.
Levying a tax is an option I can see them having the right to do, but I can't see them having the power to force you to buy only where they say you can.

The only hang up with that is we will not be able to buy from any vaper site. we will have to go directly to the source.

Well at least she has found something she likes. Don't blame her about not wanting an army of tanks. Plus then you have to remember what is in which tank. Perhaps getting one of those cheapo little test atomizers would help. Can't remember the exact name. Someone will come up with the name. You just put in about 5 drops to get a taste of what the juice is like and then try something else. No wick to worry about. The name totally eludes me at the moment.
Going to fall asleep in my chair si I'll wish you a good night/day and see you tomorrow.

I have a dripping atomiser - though being a rebuildable its stronger than what she uses. -- The process with her is slow and most the time very remote of logic but I'm used to it.

Boy I wish you hadn't posted this right after I took something to make me very sleepy. Medical test early tomorrow. I too hope they find themselves just buried. I think, I think, they said estimated costs for running something like that in California would be nothing. Perhaps they were going to recruit volunteer? I hope Washington's is as badly thought out and it looks to be so far. One can always hope.
