David, I am a flavor chaser. Actually, I don't need clouds at all.

I think, for me, the Rose V2 is the best flavor and is not airy. But, it has a 3.7ml tank. I need more of an all day rta.

Likewise. As long as I have something that fools my brain into thinking I'm exhaling "smoke", that's all I need to stay clean! ;)

And since I like to change up flavors throughout the day, I rarely have less than two devices on me. Both will start the day freshly charged and filled, giving me 5 - 7 mls, so I'm set.

Here'z my reasoning. (Which generally borders on insanity)

Using 3ml top coil tanks. (i30) Love em.

Thot about huge tanks. Bottom coils. For me... both suck.

Thing is coils die mid tank and you go nuts trying to save juice. Now with a bottom coil... may not be an option since the juice could get/taste burnt. Top coil... not really a problem.

Yes, good lighting is essential to rebuilding
Jup.....I recently got a great headlamp and the light makes it so much easier now! Much easier to build coils when you can actually see the wire!

Does anyone else feel like they reached the end of their vaping journey?
Jup, for me it was the reo, can't really see me using anything else from now on. Maybe another type of atty or something, but chasing the latest greatest is over, not that I did much of that anyhow

$1.69 Acrylic Kayfun Bell Cap at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping I didn't notice the plug on the right of the picture. Was disappointed with the bell cap. But that plug was well worth the purchase. Remove driptip, insert the plug, and you can change base/ recoil/ refill without any loss of the contents.

Well, 0mg, I gots more tanks than carter haz little liver pillz. Can't think of one I haven't tried. Stuck with the i30. I like the tighter draw which is, of course, not for everybody. But to me itz more like a normal analog. Don't like airy at all. And adjustables... usually don't stay adjusted.
But... we iz all different! :)

Does anyone else feel like they reached the end of their vaping journey?.

Pretty much have been there for 'bout a year and a half now. Although I do have various RTAs and tubes, currently I'm happily vaping iStick/Nautilus combos (lazy self) which more than meet my needs and expectations.

Really glad that I'm no longer funding (aka chasing) the clearomizer evolution of past years! Plus at this time, I have no pressing need to experiment with TC.

IOW, I'm in a happy place vaping wise!

Lol! I've been vaping for less than 2 months and already feeling like I've got enough gear to last a lifetime. Feeling like I went kinda ape crazy when I realized that vaping really would work too get me off analogs. Immediately realized that I would need a backup.... Which became a need for a backup for my backup for my backup for my backup, ya know?
Then wouldn't ya know that just after I placed the order my perfect mod I won a contest here on the forums with a fantastic 26650 mod and an RTA. Now that I'm swimming in hardware it's time for me start setting up my diy jooce lab.

Lots of peeps on this porch this morning! Must be one big porch!!'

Finding the Kanger Evod2 gets pretty hot at the center band after a few draws and if a draw is made while it is still hot, it tastes bad?? Your input appreciated. Thanks
it could be that you're hitting it to closely together, and really cooking your juice when it hits the hot coils, then goes back in your tank, turns it all dark etc. May try upping nic if your chain vaping that much. could that be the issue?

If I'm going to be gone all day I take a mod with a fresh battery, an extra battery, & another tank or 2 with different juices. I use empty Rx bottles that are just right for a Kayfun, tip & all to carry the extra tanks.

Coils start to go up in resistance, & then start to taste burnt (because higher resistance is burning your juice) when they need to be changed out. What resistance coils are you using? What voltsb watts are you using? What battery are you using? Have to know all this to troubleshoot!

Kenna, the battery is what came with the Evod2, I believe it is 3.7W, 1.8 ohms, dual coil. Thanks

I am happy with the equipment I have now. Don't really need anything else. I have plenty of what works for me and never had to be "on the bleeding edge".

Leave tomorrow for 4 weeks on the road. 2 weeks (2 different show) in KY, the NJ for a week then the Cape for a week. Look forward to lobster on the Cape that I missed last year being home with old Spock. This will be Geordi's first road trip. Puppy in a motel room, always a thrill! ;)

Welcome to the porch Misty. Always nice to have new folks join the fine folks on the porch. Maybe you could set up in the cab of your truck. Over in the modders forum there's a guy that has a machine shop setup in his can. Mills really nice box mods right there next to the drivers seat.
