It's hard to keep track of all the state, let alone the EU, Britain, Wales, Sweden, etc. I believe England was going to have vaping as both prescription and over the counter. Don't remember the other particulars but that put them ahead of the rest of the EU already.

Woohoo! Congratulations, you are now a vaper! :toast:

See above but yeah, nice to have some solid good news making the headline rounds, especially when it debunks BS studies just released here.

I think Robert already took gog into the basement. ;) Sorry, I couldn't resist. :)

You, of all people, should know there is no thing as an exhaused pup. At least not lasting over 20 minutes. Glad he's doing so well!

The other quotes disappeared again. However, I will be in the basement with the heathens, gog and the rest since that's where the DIY supplies and fresh kegs are. :D
Gog is gone! Thanks!

First a reminder: This is the FRONT porch and is where you talk about vaping. 3 pages of other things can get us sent to the lounge!!! take the other stuff to the back porch... More exciting there anyway.

Yes, it will take some time to figure it out....

But the sin tax already exists on tobacco, alcohol, herbs where legal. So I don't see that part going away. But at least here in Wa, I've another year to build my stash of 100mg nic!
it better go away for VAPING!!! because Vaping is not a tobbacco product, not an alcohol product, and not an herb!!

:( I miss gog. When I saw it, it immediately reminded me of Deb's avatar but with only one eye. Don't ask me why. gog was fun and was really into the fruity vapes. (No offense intended. God and gog were two entirely different entities.)

First of all, isn’t it that mangy beagle’s job to bark about the rules? You trying to send him into the unemployment line?

Second, you haven’t heard that vaping is a tobacco product? What’s wrong with you? California just took a leap into making it so today. One of the justifications? Senator Mark Leno, “The nicotine that is in ecigarettes is derived from the tobacco plant, there’s no place else on earth to get nicotine but from tobacco, it is a tobacco product.” Direct quote from the hearing video here. CA SB 140 dies in Committee!!! | Page 2 | E-Cigarette Forum It’s in the first 35 seconds. The audio is bad.

Back on the happy side of things, the petition has 30,944 signatures.

What I'm Doing On My Summer Vacation, or: Why I Think I'm Becoming Really Enthusiastic About Temperature Control

Temperature Control doesn't make the biggest clouds, but it does produce a very smooth and tasty vape with consistency that just is not matched in power mode. Just my opinion, subject to change, but at the moment and for the past 16 hours it's the best vape I've ever had.

Five to eight seconds into a draw, I'm getting more of the same pleasurable taste, volume and temperature that I was getting at the beginning of the draw. For that reason, I'm enjoying taking these draws that are quite a bit longer than my previous draws, which rarely exceeded five seconds.

I'm currently using a spaced 28 gauge Nickel 200 coil with a KGD cotton wick. The resistance is 0.11 ohms, 7.5 wraps and 2.5 mm diameter. Delivery device: Kanger Subtank with RBA head. PV: iStick 40W TC set to 400 degrees F.

I'm ambidextrous (well sort of - strength on the right; finesse on the left) so I have no idea where that puts me

Uhhh, I can vape with both hands? :D

That's encouraging but the pessimist in me wonders if they'd control it to the point of not being able to purchase on the 'free market' and have to depend on prescriptions for low nic level juice and sub-par vaporizers.
Jup, really hoping that doesn't happen

Had an analog this afternoon with my coffee. Had to brush my teeth immediately afterward! That was very very bad. Until I understood how to use the Kanger Evod, it tasted worse than the analogs. Now the reverse is true.
That is a huge milestone!! When the cig is disgusting you know you're well on your way!!

Lots of excitement for a 4 month old puppy, but he is adaptong well.
glad he's doing so well. Hope you can check in some while you're gone

The medical classification is already out of the question in this country. Thrown out of court. So, other countries saying it's healthy and a good way to quit smoking might just get it out of the tobacco classification here.
didn't know that had already been thrown out of court, but that may be a good thing. I really hope we can get it out of the tobacco classification here.

there’s no place else on earth to get nicotine but from tobacco, it is a tobacco product.”
well someone needs to educate him about that. In the quantities we use, yeah that's probably true, but of course it does occur in some foods.

Just my opinion, subject to change, but at the moment and for the past 16 hours it's the best vape I've ever had.
Glad you're liking it!

I notice the same thing w/ a TC mod ... set at the same Watts of a non-TC mod it's a much smoother consistent vape throughout the draw.

Keep me/us posted on how the iStick TC works out for you. It's one of the least expensive of the TC devices ... but I'm still hesitant about the Isticks since 2 out of 3 of ours flaked out.

Well, the smoking cessation products are expensive. Vaping is comparitively cheap.
Smoking cessation products don't work. Or if they do, with a lot of suffering.
Drug companies are making a fortune on them. They make nothing from vaping. So it pays them to fight it.
Vaping just plain works.

I have read in more than one place that nicotine just might be the right drug to treat Dementia. My suspicions are that the big drug companies are working madly to get trials done so they can come up with a way to control the nicotine market. Greed is everything in the pharmaceutical industry! As an RN for over 30 years, I have seen this greed harm many. Sickening.

Well, I've mixed my first DIY recipe! 10mg, 0 nic. A blueberry creme. Smells really good. Shook it good & letting it sit & debubble a bit while I go make some chicken soup. Stormy here today, but we really need the rain. Flash flooding in Houston. So a good day for diy juice & soup!

How on earth is anyone able to change the wick out of a Kanger Evod coil head? It's so freaking little?
Not hard at all. After the first few times that is. I recoil and rewick them both. Usually just rewick after about 10 tankfulls or so.
I have enough Kanthal and cotton to keep my Evods, Protanks, and T3's going for years for about the price of 5 coils.
