Thanks JJ but it's months not years. If you had told me six months ago that I would go 5 1/2 months without a cigarette I would have laughed in your face. I still can't believe that I'm free of those things.

Congrats, Tiny. I had given up hope of ever quitting cigs. It's like a miracle. Good for you!!

Sorry Tx but I'm taking my Packers over your 49ers tomorrow, but like you football season is my favorite time of year.

My six month anniversary is coming up soon and I can't decide what new toy to get to celebrate. Trying to decide between a a surge tank for the ProVari or a bottom feeder mod. Also thinking about a Genesis style atty but there are so many options that I haven't got a clue where start with those.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Congrats on closing in on the 6 month mark. That's wonderful. I couldn't believe it when I hit 1 week w/o a stinkie. When I got to six months it was like a miracle. I've got 'bout 2 month's to hit my 1 year smoke free celebration.

Oh - Genisis atty. I've got 2 and waiting on 2 more from a co-op.(all designed and machined here in the USofA by the co-op). If I wasn't in for a couple from this co-op, I'd be looking at these from Chopper. This is his 3rd design and calls it the Atom Bomb. He started making them a a few month's ago and is doing well. I read a lot of good reviews of them in his thread and he appears to give really good support too. The price is reasonable for a non-Chinese knock-off compared to the big bucks a lot of the Gensisis atty's like ~Zens, DID, etc.

If'n you want to start off on the low end, check out the Version 2 Smoketech Vivi rebuildables. They're designed a bit different and the end-caps screw off.

Yikes! If you use mods with rechargeable batts be careful how you carry spare batts. Check out the pictures and story here:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/battery-issues/330101-battery-explosion.html

Yep I had one that got real hot but I jerked it out of my pocket before it could blowup. I think I had a couple of coins in my pocket with it. You definately don't want to carry one with any metal at all. I wonder how long it will be before they completely ban them on planes? I'm very careful whn transporting any batteries now but was pretty careless in the beginning. I've had to jerk more than one PV out of my pocket when they accidently got turned on. The ones they make now are much safer than they were a couple of years ago.

Ive got a seperate case for my batteries..I dont plan on more kids..BUT I want everything in tack:D

Nylon battery case

oh that's kewl Mul!!! Mike, I saw that thread a couple days ago, and have been looking for plastic battery cases. I know I'd seen em online, but calling WM, they just thought I was stupid....didn't even know what an 18650 batt was....The guy at the battery store knew what they were and carried em.....even knew what vaping was..... called his vendors and called me back and none of them even carry the plastic cases. So.....now I've been trying to think where the heck it was I saw them online!! So thanks!!!
