WOW!! Thanks you'll (that's Texan). jj2 the battery life is very short (about 1 hour I have 3) and cartrages run out fast (3-4 hours) and cost $15 for 5. I can deal with the taste but I have juice comming I hope to fill the cartrages with.:) Thanks for the info klynnn. I have 3 grandchildren and I don't do dipers anymore (famous last words said after the first one) so I'll change my age to 33. ha. I like all the specs on the Spinner but I'd like a short circuit protection feature on it but the ones I have found are toooo expensive and I can't justify the expence right now. The Vivi Nova V2.5 and the mini I plan on getting. Thanks again. I see I'll have plenty of help. I see light at the end of the tunnel as long as they don't move it.

I have some Mini and standard Vivi Novas and I like them. :)

Happy birthday Tex!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started with a blu, went to a ego 650 then a 900, then a twist, then the xl3 mini and now a provari. I use the provari at home and the 650 twist on the go and at work because of the size. I spent more on the blu than I did on the provari cause I didn't know any better and those darn batteries last about 30 min so had to have lots of them, the cartos didn't last long at all! the egos are great and the twist is awesome I loved the vv so much I bought the xl3 mini and not so impressed with it only 3 settings so the twist was more functional. The provari is my QUEEN MOTHER I love it, that being said I am glad I progressed up the chain. If I had it to do over I would only have skipped about half the blu and xl3 mini, the blu was cig a like and that was something I needed then! Juice got expensive so I DIY, and use the kanger T2's and the mini novas both have replaceable heads so they are inexpensive to operate. good luck you found the right place to ask questions and get honest experience!

I know what you mean about battery life radeljake. I have 3 NJoy batteries and there is always 1 on the charger, and when I go out I have to take a converter for the car or truck. At $13 a kit I tired of throwing money away. On the bright side (if there is one) I have across the counter wall to usb converters (2). The Spinner 1300 I hope will last me maybe 5 to 8 hours per charge. If not I may have to get another Spinner or something I can change out batteries, I'm a pretty heavy vaperer.

Of the vivi's I prefer the mega because of the inside threads on the tube. Don't know why they didn't use the same thing on the mini. My mini does tend to sweat a bit. The mega holds almost 3ml and uses replaceable heads so all you do is unscrew them, replace, and refill. My heads are lasting 4/6 weeks and they only cost about 2.50 ea. I too spent tons of money on cartos but 15.00 for 5 is crazy these days. IMHO.

kylnnn, I love to smoke but I have to make this work no matter what. The hand to mouth, TH and lung hit are imprinted on my tiny brain after 58 years. Smoking for this long it has becom instinct not pleasurable any more. I DO enjoy vapeing. Now I have to pull all the information together and find what gives me the same mental pleasures and better physical satification. I think I've found it. I'll get 1 Spinner, 2 Vivi Novas and 2 minis, this should get me started. Thanks all.

Good Idea redd the only thing more I would suggest is 2 batteries so you have a good backup in case of fail and make sure you have a good charger. !@#$ happens and usually at the worst time, for me lol. You can always get another a little later if need be. I try to make 1/2 purchases a month and chip away at it.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TEX!!

Hope you have a really nice birthday and many, many more!!

Now I have a question for anyone who would like to chime in. I've been happily using eGo batts for the past year and they're starting to bite the dust. Not sure if I want to just order more or is now the time to make a change. Mike and I were talking about what I should try next. Mike has an assortment of Provari's etc, but they're just too big and heavy for me. I was considering the Gripper, but Mike has had some problems with his so I'm going to have to start looking for something else. I'd like to have something that has reliable ohm and volt readings and isn't too bulky or heavy. I love my mini vivi novas and seem to be set with enough of those. Any recommendations?

Thanks Janet. The new Rider Robust might be what you are looking for. It is the smallest VVPV that has an ohm checker that I know of. I have one coming in a co-op and don't know if any supplier has them yet but they look like a good setup.

Rider Robust, the newest vv mod from L-Rider with OHM, Volt, Blue LED, 5 colors, i pc 14500 battery

Rider Robust is the newest Original design from L-Rider Technology.

Strong features:

1, Variable voltage: 3.0v-6.0v,

2, Newest chip, check Resistance,

3, Can use 1.0~5.0 ohm atomizers
4, Fit 510, CE4, Ego atomizer directly

5, Blueue LCD display, cool looking.

6, Can be any body colors as you like

7, Use 1pc 14500 battery, almost the same size as EGO

7. L-Rider Tech is the only original manufacturer of Lavatube, Rider Robust in China

Thanks txtumbleweed, I'll check it out. Could be one of the ones I need. OH, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!! I'm slow but I'm an antique. I'm going to get the Spinner but a good back up helps especially if it can be adapted to anything. I can now see light, what a relief. I'll probably drive you all nut with my progress. I need a drink, damn no sweet tea, hello Tequilla.

The Spinner and Twist are both good and are not big in diameter just long. A 650 is about the size of a 1,000 ego. I don't have a 1300 in a vv but do have a 1,000 twist and it is 5 inches long so they would have to be even longer.

The Spinner 1300 is only a few bucks more than the Twist. I also like the idea of being able to just change out batteries. I'll look at the L-Rider also but I'm going to start with the Spinner and the Vivis. Once I find out what I'm doing then I purchase others. Thanks.

It sounds like a great upgrade..The Spinner and Vivi"s!

the "fat" 1300 spinner is actually shorter
