Just a couple of quick observations...

First off, ya'll can thank Janet for my Janet's Heaven joose (BB & Pear) recipe! It was her post that got me to combine two flavs that I was already vaping as single flavs. Who wudda thunk of that combo...?

Lastly, there is not a day that passes that when I hit this and the '55+' thread that I don't think of Elbert! I just hope that his mentoring in his native heritage will be passed on and not buried in today's self centric society!!!

In fact, last Tuesday I was down at my 'office', aka local boat ramp, and witnessed a locally rare observance of a Mexican eagle in search of a mullet. In my mind, it was Elbert performing a 'fly by'; a solemn event for me!

Iffy, I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels that Elbert strongly imprinted himself in our hearts in the short time he was here. The fly by incident brought tears to my eyes, I wasn't there, but I could feel it. He left his mark and let's hope it's a lasting one.
Did you notice above his avatar it says "Resting in Peace"? I read that and about lost it. Miss you Elbertdee!

Morning everyone! Thanks for the words of encouragement Janet ,Mike, and Mul, Am going to work on it more today and try to get it finished (not that i have a lot do other than drill it out). Am thinking about putting like a tray on the lower board to hold drip tips and small things. Mike, your prolly right i will want to do another better later.

Don't need one to hold beer and remotes but that is a novel idea. I just want something to help clean the clutter off my computer desk. I moved an old set of plastic drawers that my sil used for crafting supplies. Now i keep spare mice , juice ,and my ammo for my pellet rifle and other small things in it. So i figure that a stand will work great and i had seen some on a website and thought i can make one of those. Mines not as purty but i made it. So that makes it all the better. My big problem is that i haven't done anything like this in a lot of years not quite like riding a bike but i still remember a bunch of the stuff. Thanks for the positive re-enforcement.

CharlieGirl - here's another anise flavor I read about in a juice review thread. The reviewer didn't like Pluid and recommended Blue Fairy.

Ah, Mr.Mann is a friend of mine, that's awesome! I checked out the Blue Fairy and it seems to be that company's version of Absinthe, an anise based liquor. I've never tried the actual stuff, but I do have a TPA version of the flavor, which is pretty interesting. Not my favorite, but not bad either. I was actually thinking of using that in my pluid mock-up, but from how you describe Pluid though, I think the absinthe might be too light on the anise because of the other flavors in it... sounds like I will need straight up good and strong anise. I'm so curious if I will be able to single out the other complex flavors, sounds like a major challenge! Mixing flavors can be so deceiving! Sometimes adding 2 flavors together ends up tasting like neither but something entirely different. It's always an adventure!
Before I even taste it, I'm testing myself for clues about the flavors in it, LOL. Like, why is it green, why radiator? I know it looks like radiator fluid, but what was the connection? Why pluid instead of fluid? It's really helped me form a very deep and helpful answer: Because he felt like it. Oooo, heavy.

Hello,Im almost 45 smoked close to 20 some odd years, been vaping again for about a month, primary pv kit is vision spinner 1100 mah batt with phoenix 1.5 or i guess 1.4 with the new vers.ml 2.4-2.6 ohm cartomiser. I guess as soon as I find the perfect set up this will do its all new to me will be needing a tank as im vaping 3ml a day and will probably only consume more as time gos by.

Its all a little bit daunting with all the mods ,tanks, clearomisers, atomisers variable voltages and resistances let alone juices but already cigs taste nasty and vaping tastes good and so far im not feeling any adverse effects.

Welcome BigNasty. i have been vaping now for 3 months and all i can say is that buying my Ego kit was one of the best investments i have made in my life. It got me of ciggies and nothing else had worked for me in the past. Now i don't even want a smoke i tried one the other day and all i can say is nasty, yucky thing dont know how we did that habit for so long. I smell better and can smell more now than i have been able to since the early 80's. And food tastes so much better now. It can be a daunting journey but just stick with it and any questions the people here are more than happy to help.
