Well i got it mostly finished. I will need to borrow a bigger drill bit to make some of the holes bigger so that juice bottles fit in them. But that is a minor detailmight just put that tray i was thinking bout on the top that way i can use a router to make it. View attachment 144306 View attachment 144308

Hello,Im almost 45 smoked close to 20 some odd years, been vaping again for about a month, primary pv kit is vision spinner 1100 mah batt with phoenix 1.5 or i guess 1.4 with the new vers.ml 2.4-2.6 ohm cartomiser. I guess as soon as I find the perfect set up this will do its all new to me will be needing a tank as im vaping 3ml a day and will probably only consume more as time gos by.

Its all a little bit daunting with all the mods ,tanks, clearomisers, atomisers variable voltages and resistances let alone juices but already cigs taste nasty and vaping tastes good and so far im not feeling any adverse effects.

Howdy and welcome BN. Don't look on it as daunting - look on it as a new adventure. And just ask away with any questions, lots of folks here with all levels of experience and PV's. We're here to help as best we can.

That's a great idea. It never occurred to me to do something upright. What keeps the pvs from falling out? It's hard to tell in the picture, but there must be something there to keep them upright on the angle.

A friend of ours is storing his drill press in our garage so Mike is taking advantage of it being there to make a holder for my juices and his PVs
This one is for his tanks

I haven't been making it to this thread very much lately, but want to welcome all the new people here. You'll find this a very friendly bunch, always trying to help with whatever questions you make come up with. :)

<----------- I'm a pretty serious woodworker and it looks like Mike has the gene also. He did not round over those edges on a drill press :D

Welcome Big and all the others I've missed since my last post. Yes, there are many choices to be made but I'm here to tell you that you can try all kinds of things in the vaping world and be healthier. If you're careful, you might even save some money (I haven't but I don't care).

Hi there BigNasty! Nice of you to drop in. I'm glad to hear you've had such success with vaping. I know it can seem overwhelming, but on the other hand, isn't it nice to have so many choices? It's fun exploring all that's out there and there are new things coming out all the time. Something for everybody! If you hang out here long enough you're going to find out about all kinds of things and there's always somebody who can answer just about any question. Plus, we have some really funny people here. Also, since this thread is primarily about vaping, we also have another thread where we chat about vaping and whatever else comes to mind. You can find is at http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/lounge/289745-older-people-55-up-461.html

Mike, wish i had the tools to do all that kind of stuff nut even the contracter that i work with doesn't have much for doing finer woodworking like that. My father did back in the 80's but who knows what happened to all that, even before he passed last year, i think it was gone long ago.

Well yes, he already had the router, the drill press just got here and won't be staying. You'd never know those holders were made out of stuff that was scrap. A little sanding and some stain and it turns into something very useful and pretty!! And Mike always does very nice work because he's a perfectionist. Drives me nuts sometimes, but we always end up with a job well done.

That's OK. You do the best you can with what you've got and if in the end it serves your purpose - YOU WIN!! Sometimes its' better not to have the equipment that makes it's easy because then you have to use your imagination. You might be surprised what you can come up with.

Welcome new folks. I always love to hear about folks who have stopped smoking. Vaping is the only thing that would work for me, and I had my last cigarette 2-2011. Congratulations to all of those who just stopped smoking.

Where da Hades have ya been? Haven't 'seen ya fer a while!

    Happy Late Birthday wishes Tex!!
I haven't been here much these last few months, but I'm still cig-free. I did quite a bit of DIY but I seem to be stuck on cotton candy as an almost all day vape for the last 2 months.
I thought I might be having a problem with artificial flavors (losing my sense of taste) but after vast experimenting I have come to the conclusion I was dehydrated even though I was drinking more water than I ever had before. I was almost to the point of giving up on vaping and getting some snus since I cannot bear the smell of cigs anymore.
Welcome newcomers, you can get a wealth of info from these guys & gals. It is thanks to this group that I am now smoke free for almost 6 months!!
    :vapor: Vape on!!
