What did I tell ya 'bout keeping notes...?
tryme.gif

Hey, glad ya shared with me first! Fun, ain't it?!?!

LMAO.gif

Yes it is fun. I find myself thinking about flavor combinations during the day when I'm doing other things. I did take notes, but after it was all said and done I'm not sure I wrote down every time I added more. I'll know for sure when I follow those notes the next time I make it and see if I got it right.

I have a Maui Blend WTA joose that I can't buy anymore and would love to figure out how to make it myself. I just can't decide what fruit flavors are in it since there isn't one flavor that stands out above the others. You'd think Maui - maybe cocoanut and pineapple, but I don't taste those 2 flavors at all. Of course my taster isn't what it used to be so maybe there's some of that in there that I just can't discern. I hope I don't run out of what I have left before I figure it out

Despite working this weekend I made the pear/blueberry and love it, it is a lite vape and I had to turn down the settings on my vv, will be in my afternoon rotation! I also aded a few drops of the pumpkin spice to my cinnamon bun creation and it tastes like pumpkin bread, I won't make a huge batch of this but nice for a change! Happy MONDAY everyone!!

We've all had some yukky juice that we didn't like, but it's all part of the journey. Don't let it stop you from tasting!! Since you DIY you could always try to add something to fix it. If you don't try new flavors you may be passing up something that is surprisingly good. Just make sure you get the smallest amount first so if you hate it you won't have lost much. I don't even like blueberry very much, but was SO happy with the pear/blueberry combination.

Hay FranC. I've been trying to read everything on the spinner and it all looks good. I'm ready to make the move. Every time I lit an analog (Booooooo) this weekend it tasted like the south-end of a north bound mule. But it's all going to cahnge TODAY. No more analogs from this point on. My wife said she has heard it before. She quit cold turkey 5 years ago and boy am I proud of the girl. Thanks gal.

Good for you Red! :rickroll: I've found that vaping is a fun journey and smoking never was. It's definitely a turning point when you realize that you like vaping more than smoking. It didn't take long before I could smell a cigarette from a great distance and I wonder how people ever put up with me! I really don't like the smell. Hubby and I hadn't smoked in the house for a year before we started vaping and the other day an old friend stopped in and the first thing they said was how good it smelled - like maybe I was cooking something delicious. We now have a new car - the first one that has never had a cigarette smoked in it and even after months it still smells nice when we get in it. So, not only is my body better off, but so is my life!

Thanks Janet H. Well I have placed my order. I'm getting 2 spinners because I really don't have a reliable backup, except the Njoy. You people have been a great help and I will call this forum (and the over the hill threads) home. I hope to help those that are new and learn enough that I can pass my knoledge on. I think my wife is having an SUV. She thinks I should quit everything but she still hasn't come to the conclusion I LOVE TO VAPE. Thanks again.

I got my spinner. No life in the battery. Screwed it into the USB and the blue light came on instead of red. Is it supposed to do that? If so how do you tell when it's charged?

Fran I don't have one, but from what I've read in posts others have reported that the blue light will go off after awhile and they leave it on the charger for about an hour more after that. I'll see if I can find out more :)

Fran, I copied this from another post ............................

The charging seems to be a two stage process. Depending on the charge state, when first inserted the battery light flashes a couple of times and stays lit for some time. It then flashes 8 times and goes out but the charger continues charging for another hour or so. Almost seems like a CC/CV charge which is the right way to charge Li-Ion cells. May be someone can confirm from the manufacturer if indeed this is the case

Edit: so...........I went and asked. The light on the charger will change colors and I'm told it charges quicker than an ego.

hmmmm. I have an espresso machine. Never thought of using it for that.

I got the 'hint' in another thread to use the steamer of the expresso machine for cleaning SS wicks. It worked really good. I suppose you could give a Vivi Nova head a really good cleaning too (just don't be holding it under the steam w/ your fingers - ouch!).

Here are some more pictures of some wood mods Lewis has done. The Redwood Vivi Nova is mine but I don't have it yet.

They are really gorgeous Tex - betting you can't wait to get yours.
