@NatashaR - Glad to see you are hanging in there and not giving up! Unfortunate as it is, there is a small learning curve to vaping. Not being able to go to a store to touch, examine, and to try new items leaves us buying them online. Right now I have learned to limit myself to one curve and one curve only. My time has been consumed by attempting to learn DIY juice, rebuilding my Vivi Nova heads, and setting up my Zap for the Provari (finished this one).

@txtumbleweed - Like the looks of the Groove and glad to hear that the bounce check did not damage it!

@MikeE3 - The Zap does have an airy draw to it. I find it rather enjoyable as it seems to bring out the flavors hidden it the background of my current juice and the vapor seems to be cooler than the Mini VN. I am vaping a 30%pg/70%vg right now and the 400 mesh seems to being doing fine. I also find that I do not vape as often. In the setup video, I remember him saying that it seemed to increase the nic output of the juice. There does seem to be something to this or it could just be me.

@Kat56 - I was able to find Lydia bamboo thread on our shopping trip, but it is #3 not #10. For $1.50 I thought I would give it a try.

Nice to see all of the Vapemail recipients and hope you are enjoying your new found toys!

I finally mixed my three samples of nic juice (RTS, Xtreme & Ecigxpress). I am going to let them sit over night and try to vape them tomorrow for a taste test. I got all three of them in 100% vg and mixed them to a 30pg/70vg final solution. Of the three only the RTS had a slight yellow color. No odors noticed on any of them. After the taste test trail I am going to attempt to add peppermint flavoring to them, let them steep for the weekend and test them again to see how they hold flavors.

The first of my vapemail arrived. :mail: so happy it was the one with the purple Evod. It also include the "little" ego mini. Both are working great  i think I am really going to like the Evod - really like the size compared to the T3 and it does look real pretty on my purple 900 Mah Spinner

Twist with EVOD.jpg

The purple metal tank for the mini Vivi Nova is a slightly lighter shade of purple - but still pretty. I am hoping to use it with any juice that won't work in the poly tanks - just need to figure out which ones. So - lots to keep me busy now

64 years old (sure am not going to use the old 'years young' nonsense 'cuz young is the last thing I feel any more) and smoking since pre-teen I think. Was at little better than 2 packs a day and, of course, the Doc (not to mention myself) was always after me to quit.

Stumbled (wife says we saw an ad for "Blu" on TV) upon e-Cigs at our local smoke shop and, like most, opted to start with a cig look-a-like (E Cigarettes By Choice 7's) even though the Shop-owners wife advised us to go with a (https://tsunamiecig.com) setup. The No. 7's worked OK for us for a couple of weeks and then we went back to the store, picked up the Tsunami starter kit like the guy's wife advised to begin with, and found a match.

Of course this was all 'before' I took the time to start browsing the Web and finding ECF which opened my eyes to a whole new set of horizons! Now have, in addition to the 7's and Tsunami a 510 setup, an 808, various cartos, tons of juice, and etc... Use the little guys (and attys) for testing new juice and just to have a change of pace juice-wise during the day. Oh, and yeah, in the midst of all this a funny thing happened -- I quit smoking without hardly noticing I had! :)

When you think of all the angst and difficulties we had trying to quit smoking all these years and then eCigs come along and made it so easy! I so wish these things had come along years ago, but at least we get to say we're on the cutting edge! Glad you found eCigs and us!

Got Vape Mail today! My EVODs are here. So far I'm liking it very much. Certainly easy to use and it's pretty. I got the red one and the purple one and they're nice colors. They go right on the eGos, but needed an adaptor for the Robust. They look very nice on both. This might be the answer to my friend who is getting frustrated with her cartos. She's going on vacation next week so I'm loaning her the purple one so we'll see what she thinks. I'm betting she's going to be a convert. :vapor::thumbs:

Wayyyyy Cooooool! :rickroll: I was curious as to whether or not the eVic tube would work. Is it vented?

I can't wait to hear about those batteries - I've really been wondering about that too!

    VapeMail, Vapemail!!!

I liked the ego T2 18350 mod so much I bought another. I also discoved the eVic 18650 tube will work with the mod controller. I didn't know if my Panasonic protected batts would work so I also got a couple "hybrid" 2250mah batts with my order. Turns out they are eFest 3100mah (factory label) and they are slightly smaller and shorter than the Pannys. They are charging now and I'll report on their stamina later. The order came from litecigs.com.

These mods work in two modes. Straight whatever the battery is outputting or controlled 3.3 volt. I've been using the 3.3v mode with a 1.8ohm T3 (more on the way) and it's a very good vape. Notice that the T3's fit down inside the controller, too. Now, when the eVic comes down to <$50 I'll be ready to rumble.

Bob...I had also ordered the Panasonic IMR2250's from Litecig & they came with the Efest 3100mah label. I contacted Litecig & questioned this & they guaranteed me that they are the Pannys. They didn't know why they had the Efest wrapper & were removing the label from their stock. In the interim, I received 2 more of the Pannys from another source & they're identical, numbers & all. Hope this helps.......

There was some discussion in the zmax threads about efest batteries............seems they weren't making them, but were simply relabeling pannys. Don't know about other sizes, this was just about the 18650s.

Thanks for the info....I did read somewhere that Efest didn't manufacture but relabeled, I didn't even connect that to the ones I received. Does make me wonder whether Litecig doesn't know this or if they didn't want to disclose.....Hmmmmmm:confused:

Thanks for letting me know about the venting Bob.

The posts about the mysteriously labeled batteries - are we talking about the ones on litecig that they show as panny's. They are not panny's?? I've ordered from them several times since I first started vaping - I'm really surprised to hear they show and describe an item but send something else. Have I understood the posts correctly?

Very nice Bob, but I have to ask, what is that tiny little brush and where can I get one? It looks perfect for cleaning out drip tips and coils.

Hah!!!! Maybe I should keep the secret and sell them for a buck apiece (free shipping). That is "The Doctor's Brush Pick" dental tooth pick available at Walmart or Walgreens.

Kat...litecig has the batts labled as "hybrid" with no brand name given. Their model# is "imr-18650-hybrid-batt"

Thanks Bob, I'm going to look for them. I've got a little one that I think came with an old elec. razor for cleaning. It works great for cleaning drip tips, but I'm afraid of loosing it since it's so little.
