Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

It really is essential that fluids of some sort be used .. at least in my opinion .. as well, gum, cough drops, mints etc are helpful .. however, the main ingredient is willpower in those first weeks and months .. I liked smoking so it was tough tough tough early on ..

I agree. I keep all those thing in easy reach too. Problem is, he spend most of his day in his shop. Right now he is building a cnc router thingy. He has all the boy toys out there so I just about have to drag him out of there. He has a long honey do list but if I want those things done I mostly do them myself.

I also agree that it takes will power and a "I really want to do this". The smokes didn't do a thing for him so I think maybe he will stick with it this time.

Last night I was wondering if we were saving any money vaping. So, I figured if we were paying $6/pack and we were going through 3 PAD we'd be paying $560 for 30 days of cigarettes! I KNOW we're not spending that much on vaping now that we've got our favorite "instruments". But even if I added in the cost of the ProVari and eGOs I think we're ahead. I'm going to start keeping track of what we spend in a month on vaping and come up with an average. I'm thinking it'll be about $200.

Somebody a few days back mentioned AAADD and I knew I'd read it somewhere, but couldn't find it. Today I got this email -

Age Activated Attention Disorder

I laughed at this until I realized that this is exactly what I do.
Now finally somebody has made a movie of it!

Good mornin all welcome back Taxman, wonder where Wendal was this AM, another good song Willie. Isn't enamel the hardest of paint used mainly in kitchens and bathrooms so they can handle more intense scrubbing? Sun is out here but only 42 and windy right now. Have a great vaping day everyone. I'm off to run some errands.

You're right tx. that is why I went with enamel on my cabinets. Takes quite a while to fully cure but it is now hard as nails. It was a fairly thick paint so the roller added a bit of texture to the finished surface. If I ever get tired of this look I can easily change it with new paint and hardware. At this point I can't imagine getting tired of it though.

Could it be the PG/VG mix? Maybe he's too high on the PG? Or maybe the nic is too high? I heard somewhere that nicotine can disrupt sleep so right before bed I vape my favorite juice with 0 nic and vape that and noticed there's no throat hit. It's still 60/40 so it's got to be the nic the difference in the TH.

Or, is he drawing too much vapor into his mouth before inhaling? Slow it down and see if that helps. Just keep experimenting because I'm sure he can find something that will work if he really wants it to. Everybody is different so he just has to find what works for him. Good luck!

Thank you Janet. We have tried ALL the different mixtures. Didn't seem to make a difference but at least I have at least a years supply of unflavored nic juice and can make just about any percentage of pg/vg

Right now he is vaping 18mg 75vg/25pg. We thought maybe the filler in cartos might be the problem so now we are using smokymizers. When I say we have tried everything I am serious. He has even tried different ratios of vg/pg no nic. He doesn't want any flavor at all so at least we know it isn't flavoring that is causing the problem.

I think it is the WAY he is vaping and not WHAT he is vaping and at this point it is up to him to figure it out because I don't know what else to do.

I don't know if it is AAADD but I sure wish I knew where those two missing PV's are. Both are big PV's one an 18650 and one a lcd 1300. I know they are here somewhere and I look for them everyday to no avail. One has been missing over a month and one about a week. I know they will show up one of these days and probably right next to each other. lol Both are chrome and shiny so you would think I could find them. It isn't like I need them but it is driving me crazy wondering where they are. lol

Mattie, your cabinets are really beautiful. They look and seem so easy to care for, and they are so nice and bright. I love that you could go with any color in your kitchen. What is your color theme? My kitchen colors are deep buttercream(not yellow) and dark red/burgundy.

Our cabinets are wood, we just rub them down with orange oil a couple times a year. We like woods a lot. Of course, up here in Maine, wood furnishings are very popular. We are going for a "woodsy, cottage, lodge" type of look.

Good morning friends and neighbors. Beautiful sunshine this am. Started out cloudy yesterday and never cleared up. I fact ended up with gully washers, thunder and lightening. Glad that is gone but I'm not complaining. I am sure the dry time of year is just around the corner so we will take all we can get for now.

We are still struggling with my hubby's vaping. He fell off the vape wagon last week. Purchased and smoked 3, yep, 3 pks of smokes. He hated himself for doing so because he really wants this to work. It is just that his throat stays so dry and feels burnt. I really don't think it is actually his throat. The way he describes it, it seems to be the roof of his mouth but way back at the back of it.

He knows to drink more water but I can't convince him to do it all day long instead of just in the evenings. He is kinds hard headed but I love him anyway. I've tried to tell him that he has to vape different than he smoked. Like taking in the vapor a bit slower, holding it in his mouth a bit longer. In fact all the things I have read here I have passed on to him. He is actually doing a bit better now so maybe, finally he will stay on this path.

Thanks for listening. Guess I just had to talk to someone.

Mattiem, juicy fruits also help a lot if getting water is a problem - watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, peaches, etc... In fact, for me they help better than plain water - still gotta get the water down, but for the dry throat they help a lot...

I go crazy when I can't find something. That'd keep me awake at night. I have been known to just tear the entire house apart and pace for hours from room to room looking for something. It doesn't have to be anything really important either, just something I know I can't find.

Ah, ya put them where you wouldn't loose them  I fall into that trap all the time.
You are bound to find them right after you replace them. because they are right where you will put the new ones so you won't loose them.

My monthy cost went to about $25.00 after I settled on the equipment .. and I take advantage of liquid sales and buy cartos in at least quantities of 15-20 to get a better deal ..

I am at about $20 a month so far for upkeep and what I have invested in PV's and juice to date - now that is taking into account that I have a 6 month supply on the shelf (LOL)...

LOL jewels - I now consider that part of my exercise program - the pacing...

Okay, update, I have kept up with my dripping whenever I can so I can get really good at it. I think I'm starting to like it. I'm getting much better at when to add a couple drops. I'm hardly ever flooding my atty, and no more dry hits.

I have tried dripping on and off since I started vaping, and I never took the time to really learn how to do it. I just picked up an atty, tried it, didn't like it, and put it down til the next time. I am finding that there is quite a learning curve. The atty really does make a difference. This io6 is wonderful and smooth, IMHO, no comparison to my other atties. I guess you can teach an old dog new ticks... :)

OMG, you are so right! I always do that. I put things in a special, safe place so they won't get lost, and then I can't remember where. Sad to say, I did that one day last summer with my wedding band and diamond rings. It was very hot and humid, and my fingers were swollen a bit, so that my rings were uncomfortable.

I am now wearing a plain sterling band. I am hoping that someday soon, Hubby will invest in a new set for me, although I'd never bring it up. I think I'm worth it! :)

I am what you would call eclectic. No particular color theme. But mostly chrome and white.

Thanks Semi. I hadn't thought of that. I can slice it up for him and think I can get him to snack on them. He has been going through a ton of peppermint candy but it sure isn't helping his waistline.

Don't give up hope Jewels on finding it... My wife lost the center diamond out of her setting a couple of years ago - found it four months later when we were painting baseboards in the thick carpet (wedged just right)... Things just show up when you least expect it...

    Oh and you are...

Don't you hate that. Like everyone else here I go crazy when I can't find something that should be right where I left it. Problem is, I can't remember where I left it.
