Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Tx, my thoughts are with you. It's so good you are able to be with your mom now.

For me, It's kind of a creepy feeling having no parents. And my big sister is 70 and not in the best of health. Ah well, the wheels of life, right? Maybe I'll get some grandkids soon. MY KIDS, ARE YOU LISTENING?

After my parents died I was shocked to find that I felt like an orphan. My Dad had brain cancer and Mom had Alzheimres so neither of them were aware at the time of their passing. Our rolls were reversed, I had to become the parent, so it was very strange that I had that feeling. I guess it's all part of the family package and how we relate ourselves to the world. And so the journey goes.

Simplified – I hope guide for how I do my DIY. It is longer...

What you will need to follow this basic DIY. These instructions will produce 90ml of mixed juice @ 20mg of nic and a 80%/20% PG/VG ratio.
100 - 150ml beaker – 1ea 15ml bottle - 6 ea
10 – 20ml syringe - 2 ea 5ml syringe - 1 ea
Stir Rod - 1 ea

I buy 250ml of 60mg at a time. Monetarily and ease to work with - makes 60mg the most efficient. Going to 100mg saves only fractions of a penny so is not worth the extra precautions required. Just cutting it in half, which is the first step - automatically makes it easy to handle and mix with...

First, I break the 250ml of nic down to 8ea 30ml bottles - each bottle will hold 31+ ml of liquid. I use this size because it makes a one month supply for me (20 -30 min - once a month).

The nic then goes into the freezer (I keep them in a cardboard box in the back to limit shuffling around and the chance that someone may get into it)...

When it is time to mix take out one bottle of nic from the freezer. First, let it return to room temperature before opening it and using the beaker automatically mix it with 30ml of PG. You now have 60ml of 30mg nic – mix it good to avoid nic pockets (stronger in one part than another).

Next mix in whatever you want as your base flavor (for me it is a coffee extract – for you it may be tobacco). I mix it at 10% overall strength so I mix in 9ml of my extract (remember 90ml in total).

If you are using a tobacco base for your flavoring they are usually lower (3 – 5%) so you would adjust it accordingly… and add in some plain PG for the remaining mls you have omitted.

You now have 69ml mixed and it is now at 26mg. Again, mix it good to avoid pockets. I generally use a bowl of warm water to set my beaker in to assist with the mixing and blending process.

Next, pull out the 6 ea 15ml dropper bottles (these are for the final mix).
Pour 11.5ml of my mix into each bottle using a syringe.
Add .5ml of the accent you want with the base flavor another syringe.
Finally add 3ml of VG to the mix (this makes each 15ml bottle 80% PG and 20% VG)

Then do the warm water steeping method with a lot of shaking and let them sit for at least a few days to a week, which means mix before you are out of stock...

I have used My Freedom Smokes and RTS. My Freedom Smokes was my last purchase (good sale) and the last bottle I opened was 5 months old and still crystal clear. I vape coffee extract and tobacco flavors accented with sweet and other flavors (cherry, brandy, cappuccino, etc.)...

My goal with what I am doing is to limit air and temp exposure and I do not want a lot of mixed juice sitting around - mixing one months worth at a time works for me and is easy to find the time for...

Any questions let me know.

I got two Ego Stardust cartomizers with an order that came in Friday. Filled them with two of my favorite liquids, and been giving them a tryout for the past two days. I've got to say that I am not too impressed. They vape very well and are really easy to fill, but the flavor sure takes a hit. I'm running them on KGO batteries and they do look great. But seems to mute the flavor, and gives it a different unpleasant taste. I have refilled twice just to see if it was primer or other substance in the wicks that needed to work itself out. At this point, I think that I will stick to my Boges and tanks.

I tried the same thing not too long ago and have no idea if you will have the same results I had. I tried them on KGOs and thought they were one step from the garbage can. I decided to try them on lower powered EGOs first, and the problem was solved for me. I used the same juice, so I know that it had to be the lower power that made them work better. At least this is the only thing I can think of. I'm still using them, and they're pretty good. It certainly won't hurt to try if you have some EGOs sitting around somewhere.

I have just seen my counter looks wierd. It says 1 year -1 month ???
What is that about. I should turn 1 year on the 22.

VapRon, It looks like your counter is reading 1, year (minus) 1 months and 18 days, there is a minus sign in front of -1 months,
the other thing is I went back in your posts to 5/3/2012 and your counter has the same amount of years, months and days and money saved is $1128.15(a penny difference) cigs the same as today 7051 ? just an observation, and good morning everyone.

You're hired, when can you come over. I hate working on electricity. Don't like working with things I can't see. And I can't see that electric snake coming through the wire until it bites me. Ouch!....

I do sinks and toilets too ;)

If I need to know how to fix something, I post a picture of my painted toenails next to a tool on the professional forums. Then the guys think I might be a hot young chick, so they crawl all over each other to give me advice.

Maybe I am just used to the filler taste, and have grown to like it. But the Stardust changes the taste that I have always known, and FOR ME it isn't for the better. I will try them some more, but probably will not order any more. However, the next NEW thing is just around the corner, so I'm sure that more experimental orders will be forthcoming.

I'm sure you are right about that....got vapes is dropping hints about stuff coming within the month that will "make everyone really happy"....lol.

WooHoo, one good note. I got my new system up and running. When you run it, like many programs, it comes up and tells you the estimated expected run time. The first time I ran it - >1 Day is what I got - not good when it is supposed to take 5 - 7 minutes... I got it now, so that is a good thing.

I guess all bad also comes with good... (LOL)...

I think I saw a new member (a cobra if I got my snakes right)... Welcome Tom, tell us a yarn and we will share ours in turn...

Might as well say hello as I fit right into this thread - I'll be 57 in 2 months and have been vaping just under 3 weeks. Thankfully I ran out of cigs the same day my first kit came in and I have yet to "cheat". I primarily use an eGo and I have some Twist batteries on the way in. I've been tinkering with juices and my current favorite is a mix of RY4 and black cherry at 24mg...

Yup....they are masters at the "buildup". Of course they also have to put up with the zillions of comments on what is wrong with stuff when it does arrive. It is fun to watch the show tho...
