Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Thx everyone for the warm welcome!! I started vaping because I went on a cruise in July and knew the places to smoke were very limited. At almost 1 1/2 PAD, I knew I would do very well. A neighbor suggested it and that was it. I vaped on the plane, in taxi's, on the ship, in the cabin and even in some restaurants. Mostly stealth, of course. Funny thing, not one person said a word to me except for other vapers!!! I'm rotating a few eGo Twists with iClear 16's. Nothing fancy but just enough to get my nic on!!

What amazes me is that lots of people are saying that their Dr.'s are "pro-vaping" but I'd like to know when are they going to speak up and come to our defense!!!!!!!! They need to start generating reports and studies to tell EVERYONE that this is a safe and healthy way of conquering the stinkies!!!

I agree, but a lot of people, like me, started vaping to help us cut down on the number of cigarettes we smoked and were surprised to find that we no longer needed/wanted to smoke. Some people still smoke a few while vaping and that's fine. Vaping certainly does reduce the harm done by smokes. It would be awful if regulations on how/what to vape restricted people from finding their own way to getting rid of the stinkies. It's not like taking a pill based on body weight. We're all different and it would not serve anyone well to discourage them that way. In the meantime, those of us who have made the switch are CELEBRATING!! :rickroll:

Right you are, Janet. But as far as regs go, it's not what it does, but what it's sold as doing...

Doesn't matter that Chantix may cause suicidal thoughts and actions, it's sold as a stop smoking aid. And regulated by the FDA as such, not as a psychosis inducing medication.

I, too, started vaping as an alternative, and it turned into the only method that was "better" than smoking quite rapidly. (Took me a week to dial in the nic level for me, and that was all it took. Of course, been playing with flavors and devices ever since  ) Nothing else had ever worked to get me off cigs, and, other than Chantix, had tried them all. Numerous times...

Celebrations def in order! :toast:

You're absolutely right. As a harm reduction method vaping is not threatening and not everybody completely stops smoking. Without having a definite strength and time limit regulation for being able to use it, people are free to find what works for them and are often surprised that they don't want to smoke. Too often I passed on cessation methods because I got too stressed about ending a habit and not being able to smoke if I felt the need. When I tried vaping, I was 1/2 way through a pack of smokes and set them aside - just in case - and ended up throwing them away 6 moths later. They were my security blanket in case I couldn't leave them alone. NOBODY was more surprised than me that I quit smoking!

As far as the FDA exerting control - I'm not too impressed with their track record on approvals of drugs. The disclaimers are frightening and some are pulled from the market so I have little faith that they really know what they're doing. Of course we all want to know that what we're buying is "clean" and accurate, but it sure looks like the determining factor is how they can make money off of us rather than looking out for our well being. (I'm going to stop clenching my teeth now and get off my soapbox)

Welcome Ohmyeyes,
I had to do a double-take when I saw your Dobi
I had one once, and we called him "Gator"
He was such a cool dog, that I haven't had the heart to get another one.
He just cannot be replaced.

Welcome again to the thread

Thx Slots! Her name is Chanel and I had her from '85-'96. The love of my life!!!! No, unfortunately, they cannot be replaced. I have her here in an urn and miss her all the time.

All I know is the PV worked for me .. and my normal paranoia kicked in when the possibility of constricting our access to our "main ingredient" became the talk of the day .. so, as you know, I bought a lifetime supply and then some .. unless I live to 100, which is unlikely at this point .. in fact, I don't think I actually want to live to 100 unless some sort of magic potion comes down .. wait a minute, there is a magic potion .. ;)

At the shop today working on a few guitars folks had the courage to drag in thru the blizzard we had roll thru .. yesterday, I came in and when I left, the truck got stuck .. fortunately, a Good Samaritan came by with a tow chain and pulled me out to a better traction area .. we had half an inch of ice and then 12" of snow on top of that .. then the snowplows heaped a giant mound out in front of the shop as they went thru .. my parking lot was blocked .. so I'm out there with a snow shovel at my age trying to dig thru .. today my back is still yelling at me even though I did a heating pad / ice bag rotation last night ..

At any rate .. today, let's visit a few cities that have been immortalized in song ..

Starting with one of my personal favorites .. the band I sit in with sometimes on Friday and Saturday nights at a local pub I'll convince into doing some of what they consider old fart songs (these guys/gal are in their 20's) .. the funny part is, when we launch into this one, a patron and his wife that have to be each in their 70's will immediately hit the dance floor and just flat cut a rug .. ya gotta love it ..
