I hit 30 days today with no cigs.....so doing some major justification on spending money on the toys that keep me from smoking...lol. The bank account has definitely suffered this month! I definitely have not saved any money at this point.....but definitely have saved on the health side.

Congrats on your 30 days HarleyDiva! I've already spent more than I will save in my first month and I have a while to go yet, eventually we'll get to the point where we really are saving money. Treat yourself to something special, you deserve it!

Yea - nice pictures TX. My wife and I spent a month in the mountains of British Columbia years back (and Glacier Park of Canada). I forgot how majestic and spectacular mountains really are until last month. We spent 2 weeks in the Denver area with a number of trips into the mountains. Now our daughter wants us to move there for our retirement years.
Mike I grew up in the Rocky Mountain West (Wyoming to be specific) and then after the military moved to Colorado where my wife and I lived for the next 24 years. It is beautiful and majestic, but you can't live on beauty. When I retired we were ready to move to some place that was not like California east. There was such a proliferation of rules, regulations, taxes and user fees on everything (including breathing)... check out the anti pollution laws book in Denver, that we were anxious to find a different lifestyle. Plus the fact that the population had almost doubled in the 24 years that we lived there. You could not find a place even in the back country where you could be alone. We still have a lot of friends out there and do go for visits, but would not want to live there again. Besides, I am also getting pretty used to short winters with little snow.

Here are a couple of my pics. They were taken with a disposable camera being as my good camera broke before I got to Glacier. These were all at West Glacier. I did a two month camping vacation and camped at Redwood National Forest, Grand Teton, Yellowstone and Glacier.

Just stopping in to see what happened while we were traveling today. Nice pics Tex. Have not been to Yellowstone or the Redwoods in years. Might just have to take a trip that way again... Road trip...

We stopped at some Mom and Pop Restaurant tonight. They had a special going on steak dinners and my wife wanted one. I ordered the black peppered chicken salad. When the waiter delivered the food (not the same one that took the order) he put the salad in front of my wife and gave me the steak. My wife speaks up "Why did you give him my steak?" LOL The waiter did not know what to do - he was so embarrassed. Still laughing about it...

So I talked to my ex-husband today. We chat (ok gossip) every few months about our families - which is how I found out that his sister got, erm, in the family way while *in* a residential drug treatment facility, that the man was 25 years older than her, and that he bolted as soon as he could. Love family drama and there's always something going on in his family!

In the divorce, he got custody of the credit card bills and I got to keep a card (works for me!) From time to time I'll still use it and as long as I'm reasonable and I tell him what I'm doing and why, he doesn't care.

I told him I needed e-cig supplies so I just got:

From BWB: 60ml each of Malty & Malty Toffee, 30 ml of Waffle and a couple atties (gonna try the 306) and drip tips.

Then I went to AltCig on a recommendation and got their Gooey Butter Cake and Pear flavors. I was going to get the gooey butter cake from KickBass - but something was up with their webpage and it wouldn't load (not sure if it's still down now) so I went for the other place people were raving about.

They have a sale on, btw, at AltCig.com that's good through Thursday (tomorrow) at midnight for 30% off. They're normally $15 for 30 ml, with the sale they're only 10.50 - and the only thing this place does is juice, nothing else and it's supposed to be *really* good - I figured the color of money was a good choice for this tidbit!

I think at this point I'll at least be set for a bit and not be sucking Colin's tattoo money away from him! *phew*

There's often confusion about eGO adapters.

This is an eGO Cone adapter for covering up and blending the look of a 510 thread carto on a non-eGO flush connector PV (what you'd use with a Lavatube for example). Note: If you want to put an eGO-T atty on a Lavatube, this is not the adapter you want:
eGO%20Cone%20Adapter.jpg

I have four different makes of eGO-T Type A tank attys....none of them have threaded skirts.

This is a 510 to 510 shorty extension for flush mounting an eGO-T tank atty on flush connector PVs. Note: There are slight variations in dimensions between manufacturers that affect connection and fitment integrity so it's pretty much a crapshoot which vendor has the right one that'll work in every case. If use ends up in an unsightly large gap between skirt and top of the PV, you can grind down the female end for better fitment. If the skirt contacts the the top of the PV before electrical connection is established....oh, well. Back to the drawing board.

Hope this helps prevent someone from wasting money on the wrong thing as I have in the past.

Good pictures and nice explanation of the different 510-eGo adapters and their intended use. I use the 1st one (the picture w/ a single adapter) on a ProVari with the Stardust type "mini-tanks". Looks good together and works fine.

Gadd, the Denver area itself was more crowded then I expected. I hadn't been there in about 20 years and it sure grew. But didn't every place. I'm about 35 miles from center city Philadelphia and when I moved here it was farmland and country. Now the farms are gone and replaced by townhouses and housing developments. '

California is 'different'. My daughter lived in San Diego for about 5 years. When she first got there a voter registration table was setup outside a food store. So, she figured she'd register for the next election. She registered republican but was totally shocked and surprised when she went to vote in a republican primary and they told her she was registered democrat. Someone, somewhere along the line changed her application.

Rave - help me! I really want a tankomizer that will fit on my Lea. I think that got lost in my big old post from earlier. I don't know what will fit, what won't, etc. That's why I included all the info about what size all the adapters are.

Help :(

daisy

Daisy - I'm having a problem with this. The Lea atomizer has the same basic threading as a 510, but I can't get it to fire on a 510 battery or an eGo battery. A clearo with 510 threading won't mate up with the Lea battery. A 510 to 510 extender might work (I don't have one to test it out), but I can't say that it would fire either. You may want to post this question on the Leo forum and possibly someone there will know a go-around. Sorry I can't help you. :(

Good morning peeps! I'm off to renew my chauffeur's license.

I haven't driven professionally in 4 years but it's good to keep it renewed, just in case because it was a bear to get it!

Good idea to keep it current even if you don't plan on using it for now. Hubbys commercial DL is due to be renewed this year. He is just going back to a normal one though. They now require a full physical and since he doesn't drive a big rig anymore he doesn't have or need one. It is OK though. I don't ever want him back out on the road. I am enjoying having him here.

Good morning everyone. Looks like we are going to have a beautiful day today. Good thing 'cause I need to get out in the yard and work out the droopies. They sure took hold of me yesterday.

Hope you all get to do exactly what you want to do today instead of what you have to do.

Dropping in to say hello to everyone. Things are slow - where is everone?

Rave, are you lurking? Miss you.

n9emz, I laughed forever at your printer photo. That is something you should send into a computer mag. I still laugh when I think about it. And the doggy photos are great.

As it is, I love reading everyone's dog and cat stories. Thank you for posting. And, you don't have to stop telling animal stories, as far as I'm concerned. I enjoy them and I think others do as well.

I have internet access now and then. I'll check in when I can. Keep on vaping and talking about it, folks.

Semiretired, you neglected to tell us what you had for desert. You always find some interesting sweet things. Hope you and your wife are enjoying yourselves.

In the 15 years I have had my chauffeur's license, I never had to take a physical or a drug test. I was "grandfathered" in. This year I found out that out new mayor needed to provide some jobs for his medical office friends so they could provide kickbacks to da mare. EVERYONE has to take the drug test and physical now.

It was gorgeous out, here too!!

And I REALLY want 4 fried chickens and a coke.

I just got my X2 650 in the mail today and I've been testing it out and comparing it to my echo autos. What I found interesting is how long they are. I expected it to be a little longer because of the pass through connection but the 650 is exactly the same size as my echo 1300. I can only imagine how long the X2 1300's are. Could someone that has any X2's give me some measurements? I'm curious if maybe they sent me a 900 by mistake.:2cool:

Length of the tubes are 72mm (650 mAh) 87mm (900 mAh) and 97mm (1300mAh) - that is just the tube and not the end cap or the button and connections. :)

Could you measure one from tip to tip in inches? I don't know about mm except in diameter. lol I cant understand why they don't give the actual length because it all is one unit.
